Established during lockdown 2021, a time of reflection and change. Enfys Estates was created by Pete Dykes and Nikki Nieroda, to provide a fantastic, tailored service to clients across the area. Adapting to how buyers search for properties, as well as offering local knowledge and a personal touch, the customer really is at the forefront of its reason for creation. Covering from Llanfairfechan to Prestatyn, a stunning coastline that are such amazing places to live and work, which is why Nikki and Pete are proud to call it their home, and why their passion for the market in the area has shone through in the creation of Enfys Estates. Having both worked for a high street agent, and on to an online agent, and with over 15 years of experience between them, Nikki and Pete have taken the most beneficial features for their clients and combined into a flexible, user friendly service. Enfys estates consists of two wonderful human beings Pete and Nikki who have shown so much respect, compassion and care throughout the whole process for us. They guided us, had time for us and when our first sale fell through supported us through the devastating time and got us back on track going above and beyond quickly to help us reach our goal. The service we received was impeccable throughout, they were reachable at any point during the day, we always had quick feedback from viewings and I appreciated how Pete’s epic photography skills really gave our house the wow factor. We never felt pressured or forced into making decisions. We felt our experience was so personal and we’d recommend Enfys estates to anyone, because why wouldn’t you want to be in the best hands going through one of the most challenging things you’ll ever do in life? Dec 17,2022Terrific! We bought through Enfys, and found that Nikki and Peter do far more to help than other agents in the Llandudno area. They made viewing appointments promptly rather than forcing us to wait for several days. They were contactable at all times, including evenings and weekends. They were always well informed about the property they were selling, which we found to be very different to other agents who, when asked, usually had no idea of the age of the property, the Council tax band, etc etc. Enfys also adopt a 'soft sell' approach, which we enjoyed, never suggesting that the house was likely to be 'snapped up immediately' or some such silliness. They even intervened more than once to encourage both sets of solicitors to get a move on
