Gjerrig selskap. Tilbudene de har fra en tid til en annen er så beskjedne at de like gjerne kan bare la være… Ikke er det så mye å skryte av servicen de gir heller.

Rep was listening to understand my problem. Solved it by including 1-2 other colleagues. Only - was that I ended up paying for another part that I should have been informed about when i made my purchase initially.
Fornøyd med servisen, men da jeg kjøpte en telefon og ba om å få et make etui til det jeg hadde. Magnet i skinn, så fikk jeg et med samme funksjon men i plast og så kostet det like mye som skinn koster andre steder. Detvar jeg ikke fornøyd med

Ordered and paid for product online almost 2 weeks ago and still have not received pick up information or any information for that matter.
I bought the new M3 MacBook Pro on your online shop. Immediately after purchasing, I contacted your customer support as the estimated delivery time sent in the confirmation email of 5 to 7 Weeks was way more than I expected. I asked if I could receive a more exact estimate as I need the computer for immediate client work. No clearer estimate was given, and could not be done so. To save time I asked if I could just cancel the order or get be given a tracking number so I can follow up directly with Apple. I was told no I couldn’t cancel, or be given a tracking number. so I asked if I should wait for it to arrive and return the computer within 14 days. (Faster to order from Apple) Then I was also told that law didn’t apply to me as I purchased this as a business. I believe it was 7 back and forth emails of my time to get these details. I went from happy to have supported a local (Norwegian) shop to feeling extremely foolish for not buying directly from Apple. Likely first and last time. I now spent >50,000 for a computer and am doing my client work on a dying computer and my phone with a vague idea when my computer would show up. I still would like to have an update on my computer and am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend anyone do business with Eplehus when order custom computer for work. I am blown away there is not an undo or cancel option in your system. First time I ever write reviews, but for your sake I wanted to share this experience. I hope you improve your customer experience and business services.

Greie priser og god service, men utvalget er veldig tynt for eldre enheter som som bidrar til en usunn kultur med å alltid måtte oppgradere. Jeg har f.eks. ikke muligheten til å oppgradere til en enhet over iOS 15.1.x så da er jeg låst til enheter som iPhone 13 og eldre. Både denne og XR-modellen finnes det ikke lengre 2-in-1 etuier til; jakten på etuier var eneste grunnen til at jeg besøkte eplehuset.

I bought an iPad along with applecare+ at the eplehus store in Stavanger, everything went very well. But when I set up my iPad it turns out that Applecare is not working and I had to contact Apple technical service, and to my surprise they do not fix the problem immediately but I have to wait a week!! and all this response after spending an hour on the phone. I do not recommend this store.
generel fin hjemmeside og købs opplevelse, men har jo endnu ikke modtaget varen min, og grunnet lang ventetid på levering får dere ikke mer en 3 stjerner.
Not able to use company invoice when placing orders, and the web-shop stock availability is always incorrect. I spend ALOT of time to find the products i need in all the different shops, when I go to place the order the stock is no longer available, but if I refresh the screen or wait to the next day is available again, until i try to place the order, then its unavailable again. This has caused me to by equipment at your competitors instead. Also some of the staff on customer service are extremely unhelpful and lack the basics of customer service.
Totalt underbemannet og arrogante selvfornøyde medarbeidere.. klarer knapt å få sendt varene til kunder..
