May 06,2024My kiddos bought me a new Kobo color Ereader for Mother's Day and I was pumped. Unfortunately, I have been an avid Nook reader for years, and all of my books lived on that platform. With Barnes and Noble removing their Nook App from Windows and Mac, I had no way of getting my paid for library over to my new Ereader. Epubor to the rescue!! It took a little bit for me to understand it, but once I downloaded the necessary software, easy peasy!! Now I can read my books in COLOR. I'm so excited!!!!

May 05,2024Quite frustrating experience with the customer service. Ebook conversion did not work, bought a physical copy for the book, requested refund just after 1 day of purchase and is not getting anywhere with customer service. I have asked to process the refund 4 times after completing all the steps on their refund policy, but the customer service just ignores the request and going rounds and rounds about keeping the software. I really would like to get a refund but it seems like they're not holding up to their refund policy.
