I want to thank Mary for being the best tutor, this is the only training that helped me understand Why we are doing it rather than how to do it, Since i am from a different field I was able to comprehend HCM better with her training. I highly recommend everyone to join this ERP Training if you are new to Workday.

Aug 01,2022I found the overall approach and treatment to be very professional and that Mary genuinely takes care of students who enroll for her classes. The Material and class is pretty thorough and she makes sure each and every question is answered and is also very conscious of the individuals privacy. She gives cheatsheets and step by step instructions that are not readily available and she herself is very good at documentation as is evident from her class.

Mary is an expert with years of experience helping students who do not have any experience in IT or background in HCM develop skills that will help them to become solid in Workday careers. Would recommend the trainer with high praise to anyone who wants to learn workday payroll Live examples in class encourages participants to troubleshoot issues along with trainer which keeps us all engaging. Participants are challenged to answer their own questions while correcting them where necessary. All the course content suggested were covered with no rush. Sessions has been interactive and keeps us all engaged.. We have access to all of the materials including additional materials which are extensive and comprehensive that we would need to practice. The course has helped me to build confidence, valuable experiences and learning. Trainers vast expertise and methodology of sessions helps us understand the logic and concepts better. May 02,2022I attended HCM training with Mary. After first class you will realize that Mary is experienced teacher with deep knowledge of Workday functionality. What I liked was she challenges students to answer their own questions while correcting them where necessary. She runs through live examples in class and encourages students to troubleshoot issues along with her and keeps class engaging. I would recommend her training to anyone who wants to learn workday.

May 01,2022Take a leap of faith with Mary Kavin and you will not be disappointed. I have completed my Workday training course with Mary and it has been extremely helpful. She has taught us everything that is mentioned in the course curriculum and so much more. She is an experienced trainer who makes sure that the pace of the class caters to all the attendees. She asks interactive questions to keep us motivated and engaged during the sessions. She also makes sure that we have access to all of the materials that we would need to practice. She also provides us with additional materials which is above and beyond what was promised to us initially! She uses real live examples from actual client setup and configurations which helps us align our understanding with what the requirements could be. She also makes sure all of our questions are answered and gives ample time for us to ask them. In addition, I particularly enjoyed her "When life gives you lemons" sessions. You can be rest assured when you enroll in these courses that this is one of the best investments for your career growth!

May 01,2022Workday is very new to me as i am not from the IT Background, Thanks a lot to Mary for teaching us the workday course -her way of teaching the course was so amazing that it went straight to my head and I love doing the course. She has been a passionate tutor and her materials are very helpful to me. Her way of presenting the course as well is very wonderful. Its a suggestion that when you enrol in the course please go with the flow and highly recommended to please go through the prep course that will be given to you as with that prep course it will be easy for you to understand the main course more easily. The study material provided by her is extensive and comprehnesive. Since my 1st class with her the class has been very interactive and we do not get bored in the same for even a second. I will highly recommend to the people that if you want to persue your carrier in workday ERP cloud training is the one stop soloution for you

Mary is a Passionate tutor and I would recommend her to not only students who are taking Workday HCM core but also for people like me who are looking forward to other Workday Verticals which are facilitated by ERP cloud training . She is very patient with her students and it’s very comfortable to practice conversations, which is also a huge plus. I recommend her highly. 3. I have been learning Workday HCM core from Mary and it has been a great experience. She is a very thoughtful teacher who puts a lot of thought into how she presents the material. Her lessons were engaging, useful, and she was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging her students to try. I have learned so much in my classes with Mary, not that I am an expert, I am slow but when I look back 4 weeks ago I didn't even know what Workday was coz I am not a software/hardware guy.. So many other classes you just read from an email material but in her classes Mary asks questions and gets the students to respond which is both fun and promotes faster learning. She helped me understand content for multiple Workday courses and is the best Workday Facilitator that I’ve had. Recommending her is a no brainer. 9. Mary You are amazing at what you do! Do not interrupt Mary's class with questions/Queries when she is teaching/transferring data to her students.15 minutes are given to students for their doubts/queries at the end of each Live class. 2.Never Miss a Live Class. 3.you can always Ping her in regards to queries because she reverts to all her mails. 4.Try to go with the flow, at times you will feel you don't understand anything but at the end of the course when you see the big picture you will understand most of it. 5.Workday is a humongous ERP. Try to pick a vertical you are comfortable with and keep upgrading yourself in that stream. Work should be fun and result oriented. 6.Keep away ALL Negative thoughts and concentrate only on POSITIVES. 7.After the completion of the course even if you don't understand don't worry, you will get a job where you follow the Workday protocol which will boost your confidence.

Apr 18,2022Since the day 1 of the Class, Marry has kept the Class very Interactive, and as many of us are not from The ERP background or from any technical background than also the workday concepts are easy to understand and even the smallest of the Doubt is cleared by Marry during the class, and one of the most unique way of her teaching the concept is making cheat sheets for us, and taking screenshot of each and every concept which is very helpful for practicing the concept in the Tenant. And one more Good thing about Marry is, she motivates and Encourage each and every one of us, that 'you can do it' and can become a good consultants, and makes us believe through her training that workday not only looks easy, if you think out of the box, workday is easy. Apr 18,2022I was extremely skeptical while joining the Workday course at ERP Cloud Training because i was from a non IT/Computer Science background and had virtually no knowledge of coding. However, to my delight, after i attended a few classes, i was able to grasp all the concepts taught in the class - all thanks to Mary and her wonderful teaching style. If you pay attention in the class and work hard(practice using cheat sheets), then its very easy to learn. Mary teaches slowly and steadily and ensures that all the students grasp the concepts. Her vast experience(ERP) reflects in her classes. My suggestion - Please do not miss any classes - You can ask all your doubts in the live class. Hence it is absolutely essential that you give your 100% for this course. Also, please remember to study all the prep course contents before the live class starts - trust me it is very helpful.
