Instructor is very elaborative on providing details of each and every steps or action she is showing during the session. It can be improved by providing a scheduled break time and duration beforehand and stick to it.

After exploring opportunities in ERP, I decided to embark on a journey into the field of IT by enrolling in Mary's training for Workday HCM. The demo class I attended convinced me to join, and after completing the Workday Core HCM prep course, my initial apprehensions were alleviated, and I gained confidence in my decision. Mary's teaching approach is clear and easy to follow, supported by reference materials and cheatsheets that enhance the learning experience. Participating in the instructor-led live training for few weeks has been beneficial, prompting me to enroll in an additional bonus course for more hands-on practical training. Mary shows that she has deep knowledge for the working of Workday and is happy to share that knowledge with her class. The course documentation she provides in conjunction with her teaching allows students to gain a deeper understanding for Workday. I feel Mary takes the time to ensure her students have a strong comfort level with the subject matter taught. Mary displays a passion for the subject which, I feel, is passed to her students.

Jan 31,2024I have to give honest review, even though Mary, Shaila tried to blackmail a positive review. Mary is in shadows, we don't know her full name, picture or LinkedIn profile. She may be some 3-4 year exp junior who is conning people. She speaks a lot with less than 5% useful content. I doubt if she trained 40,000+ people. None of her students are from word of mouth. The demos have 5-6 folks with 3-4 from their team, so essentially they demo for 1-2 people. She can't even talk coherently. I hope she rots in hell for cheating people. If you are in USA, you can complain to better Business Bureau. The job openings email you get are not real job openings. the email is their internal email and those job openings are made up by them. They spam your email with lot of emails, all marketing no content. The labs are sham. you would lose patience. They are very nice until you pay the fee and after that they will not respond to your emails. the phones never work and their staff are rude. I know they will try to respond saying there is no person with this name in their 50,000+ student database.

She made sure that she interacted with her students when she explained things. I really appreciate the ton of resources (lecture notes, videos, and tenant access) that was provided to me to help facilitate my learning experience. If you are looking to obtain Workday training, I would recommend this class. 👌
