May 20,2021Pésima solución a la hora de tener problemas con esta entidad. A la hora de ingresar dinero todo son facilidades, pero a la hora de retirar fondos, te marean continuamente. Llevo 3 semanas intentando retirar 100€ y es imposible, solo me ponen pegas porque mi tarjeta asociada fue bloqueada por un fraude, no puedo ni desde mi perfil aportar nuevos datos bancarios porque no me dan la opcion de anular la tarjeta y cambiarla por otro metodo de pago tampoco. Les he enviado numerosos correos aportando pruebas y para ellos no son válidas. Es indignante. No recomiendo para nada este bróker. Todo son pegas y lo peor, te dán largas con el fin de marearte y que desistas.
