Sono molto attenti e meticolosi, ti spiegano tutto, ti mettono a tuo agio e l'ansia passa. È un ottimo centro che consiglierò a tutti i miei amici che me lo chiederanno. I risultati arriveranno tra sei mesi, nel frattempo tanta pazienza e cura ;)

Mar 02,2025I went to get my hair transplant at Este Cerrahi the 25th of february, after a bit of consultation the 24th with dr Alp Aslan. My operation was 8hrs long, i think i slept during the most of it. They treated me perfectly, can’t say anything bad about the hair transplant itself, nor the post transplant care. Beware tho cause not a lot of people can speak fluent english so the language barrier gap was a bit harsh, but nothing to worry about. Lastly but not for importance is the post care service done by Lova via their whatsapp number. Fast response at every doubt or question. Very happy for now and just 5 days in. Compliments to all the staff. Professionality is the key word here. You can’t go wrong.

Feb 21,2025The experience was 10/10 Super!!! A Very Big Thank you to Sarah/Habiba who accompanied me from Day 0 till Today. Excellent communication skills EN FR AR . Whatsapp and Phonecalls and Follow ups. Super Equipped staff and Very Kind Doctor Alp Aslan. The Professional Board helped me , served me food and were super gentle and really welcoming. Welcome was 10/10 , A Car and driver available , Price is super correct and the Clinic is the most luxurious in the area. Very nice hotel provided . Everyone speaks english and is friendly. The operation took place in October 2024. Very Satisfied and i can promise you that i am happy!

Feb 16,2025Great doctor and amazing staff! I had a hair transplant a year ago, and both the doctor and his staff were amazing. Lova organized everything and was very helpful in answering all my questions and following up on my post-surgery progress. The results are great as well!

They were very professional in their approach and took extra measure to ensure comfort as well as to satisfy any questions I had regarding the procedure. The only downside there were some issues with language barrier as needed for communication and it was not done as per original agreement which was the whole area of hair transplantation. Moreover, I'm happy with the results and post surgery Highly recommended for anyone would like to try.

They were very friendly and courteous, going out of their way to ensure I was always comfortable and carefully taking the time to explain any questions I had to my satisfaction in an easy and concise way. If anyone was going to get a hair transplant this would be the only place I would recommend.

Dec 17,2024Merci à Sarah qui s’est occupé de ma prise en charge par whatsapp et qui a veillé à bon déroulement de mon arrivé ( organisation chauffeur, hôtel, prise de billets … ) personne très compétente et très agréable qui a aussi pris le temps de répondre à mes questions avant mon départ Merci à Lova pour sa gentillesse sans cesse, sa bienveillance, qui m’a rassuré tout le jour J, qui est là pour nous, qui prend le temps pour notre bien être et aussi son suivi après l’opération, qui ne nous laisse pas une fois parti, et qui réponds très vite quand on a une question, personne vraiment agréable et souciante de ses patients Merci à tous le personnel d’accueil, les infirmières qui sont vraiment au top, qui passe la journée avec nous et qui prennent soin de nous Merci au chirurgien qui prend soin de nous connaître, qui nous fait passer des test avant de nous opérer pour ne prendre aucuns risques, qui est très aimable, et qui surtout s’occupe de nous vraiment contrairement à beaucoup de cliniques et qui fait un travail formidable, je n’ai même pas gonflé du visage L’opération est sans douleurs mise à part l’anesthésie mais tout le reste on sent aucunes douleurs Je suis à j+11 et j’ai déjà plus les croûtes et comme je disais le suivi est extraordinaire par Lova qui demande au chirurgien quand on le souhaite Et pour final mention spéciale pour cette infirmière qui s’est occupé de moi du début à la fin, qui a été souriante, compétente, qui a pris soin de moi, qui a fait un travail magnifique , très gentille, qui même le lendemain m’a vu dans la clinique et a pris le temps de venir me voir, c’est vraiment une personne que je souhaite à tout le monde je ne pouvais pas trouver mieux, comme je lui ai dit avec mon anglais pas très bon, you are the best ! Pour résumer clinique que je conseille les yeux fermés, même pour une personne qui vient seul, la prise en charge est excellente, clinique très propre et très classe, hôtel très correct, tout est parfait Merci Este Cerrahi et le docteur Alp Aslan et tout le personnel Kevin J

The hair transplant was a great experience and I’m super excited to see the full results in a year. The nurses Busra and Dilber were amazing and worked so hard and kept talking to me the whole time :)

Pre-Operation Support Hassan was instrumental during the pre-operation phase. He efficiently guided me through the necessary screening procedures, including the blood test, and ensured everything was in order for the operation. His assistance made the process seamless and hassle-free. 2. Day of Operation Lova provided exceptional support on the day of my procedure. His presence was invaluable—constantly checking on me, addressing my concerns, and lightening the mood with humour. His attentiveness did not wane after the operation either, as he continues to be available for any questions or follow-ups. I deeply appreciated his genuine care and dedication. 3. Doctor's Expertise Dr. Aslan was both reassuring and highly skilled, displaying the confidence and competence that comes from extensive experience. His regular follow-ups to monitor my progress further underscored his professionalism and commitment to ensuring a positive outcome. 4. Surgical Team The three Turkish staff members who conducted the operation were meticulous and diligent in their work. Although language barriers limited our conversations, their kindness and thoroughness were evident throughout the procedure. 5. Value for Money The clinic provides excellent treatment at a fair price, offering great value without compromising quality. Drawback The only minor inconvenience was a booking issue—my stay was scheduled one night too short, requiring me to personally cover the cost of an additional night. Les réceptionnistes ont pris grand soin de nous et ont été en communication constante depuis l'aéroport jusqu'après l'opération. Mar 07,2025Le résultat est incroyable. J’ai vu une énorme évolution après seulement 4 mois. Maintenant ça fait 1 an et je peux vous assurer que personne penserait que j’ai fait une greffe capillaire. Le résultat est époustouflant! Je recommande vivement. J’ai même conseillé à 2 amis d’y aller après moi. Ils ont aussi un super résultat! Allez y les yeux fermés. Très bon suivi post opératoire également. Merci pour tout.
