Jan 27,2025I came in for the exosomes hair treatment with Priya Kanu. Priya was lovely and warm in nature. She made me feel relaxed which was great has I was a little anxious about the progress of my treatments so far. She explained the procedure I was having done to me and gave me great after care with a head massage after the procedure to reduce any swelling and discomfort. I look forward to seeing the results from my treatment and Priya again

Jan 27,2025Pleasure from start to finish. My first consultation to my final wash and hopefully beyond. The staff in the Birmingham office were always pleasurable and professional. In particular Lumia, was always happy and helpful and her hair washes were incredible. Drinks always offered, never no waiting around always sufficient and answered all my questions. The office was clean and look incredible. The time in Istanbul, Taxis every morning. From the airport, to the procedure and then for my wash. Just a FYI, you can have a wash on a Sunday. I had my procedure on Saturday and was told i would need to have my wash Monday. You can have it Sunday and fly back after that wash should you wish. I waited until Monday to fly home as I was told I couldn't have a wash on Sunday. You can. My I got a taxi back to the airport because the taxi with Este was 6 hours before my flight. On the day of procedure, they offered me breakfast due to my early start, they offered me lunch and drinks all the way through. Plenty of staff that speak English so never no issues. All the staff at both locations were professional. Communication was great, plenty of WhatsApp's sent to me and the videos were very helpful. Shout out to Mario too. Full of knowledge and engaged with conversation made you feel welcome. Also Ozzy because he helped me swap my procedure date with no issues and no dramas about it due to family reasons. My hotel was clean and staff friendly and breakfast was lovely.

Shirin Melek took care of me today and as usual done a fantastic job, normally Forough takes care of me too she always does a fantastic job. They really know how to make a client feel heard. Jan 26,2025I am five days post my hair transplant! But I started my hair restoration journey at Este Medical Bristol clinic, where I have received great care and service from the team. Tarek, Timmy and the rest of the team have been amazing with all the pre surgery treatment and care. I had my transplant last Tuesday at Este Medical Istanbul and the surgery went well. I had my consultation the day before surgery, I was made at ease by the expertise and competence of the team. Staff were friendly, and everything was explained to me along the way. Great post-surgery care including information, medications, products for use following transplant. The hotel and transport were also very well managed!! Now back in the UK, I am going daily for my post-transplant hair wash at the Este Medical Bristol Clinic until day 10. I felt welcomed back by the team and Timmy has particularly been excellent at taking care of me and making sure everything goes well. I highly recommend Este Medical Group, they are truly professional, caring and they truly know what they are doing. I am now looking forward to seeing my hair restored as I continue on this journey. Five-star service for me from the team at Este Medical Bristol clinic, thank you so much for wonderful experience, greatly appreciated!!!

Jan 26,2025My experience with Este Medical has been amazing. I've had 5/6 sessions of chemical peel done and have seen a big improvement. Fereshteh is the best therapist I have met in my life because she goes through the whole process with you thoroughly. She is really friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. She remembers exactly where I am on my chemical peel journey every time I visit and always gives the best advice. Fereshteh is always available to answer any questions I have no matter what day or time it is. If I ever need to get anything else done, I will always choose Este Medical because of Fereshteh. So far the treatment I have been receiving at Este Medical in London has been great - slowly but surely the red light therapy and Exosome treatment seems to be aiding my hair growth and I can’t wait to see what the 12 month mark will look like.
