I've been receiving laser hair regrowth treatments and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) sessions at Este Medical Centre, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the start, the staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming, making sure I understood each step of the process. With the laser hair regrowth treatment I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the thickness and quality of my hair. Combined with the PRF sessions, which use my own platelets to stimulate hair growth, the results have been even more effective. Sep 29,2024They don't care if the treatment works or not. Only want to put you in debt, and are flippant when you make complaints. They don't properly explain timelines or expectations or side effects. Terrible experience. It might work for some but you may be one of those it doesn't work for and if so, Este leaves you entirely on your own. Beware.

After a comprehensive consultation with Maryam, I decided to proceed ahead with journey at Este Medical Group. Her explanation throughout the consultation process was impeccable. I would like to thank to all staffs, specially to Shirin, Maryam and Fourough. the staffs are absolutely friendly and handles every queries in polite and professional manner. I understand that it has just been a month since I joined and also I am fully aware of timeframe which is at least 3-4 month however, I am very much optimistic about regrowth of hair. I cannot wait for the transformation.

Oct 05,2024Estee Medical Clinic in Birmingham has a very warm, welcoming environment. Myself and my sister had a patch test for our laser hair removal with Charley. We knew from there we wanted Charley as our practitioner for our laser sessions. At my first session I was slightly nervous but Charley was absolutely amazing - she made me feel so comfortable/relaxed and was very informative every step of the way. I highly recommend Charley!
