Jul 07,2017In the age of free two-day shipping from Amazon and Walmart, it took a full two weeks for my order of "in stock" items to arrive. The product is fine, but the shipping reminds me of the pony express. Also, was no ability for me to track the shipment.

Jul 07,2017Shipping took a long time. I called and was told item had just arrived in warehouse and would be shipped in the next week so I changed address from school to home. Never received it so I called again only to find out it had been shipped to school. The building is closed for repairs for the summer so I can't get in to check the shipment.

Jul 07,2017It's been 3 weeks and we have not received our order. I wrote customer service 4 days ago and no response yet. So far I am not impressed.
