There was an issue with my order but before I knew anything about it, I’d been contact by Eurofit Direct and the issue was in the process of being sorted. Sometimes things go wrong. How you deal with it makes all the difference. Excellent service.

Aug 26,2024It was a small initial offer for 3 pairs of runners for chest of drawers. They arrived coated with a sticky wax(?) like substance that had to be washed off with detergent. Despite this covering 2 of the runners had deep rust patches.

Aug 22,2024I didn’t receive my order, first order arrived to the same address by Royal Mail ok but when ordered the same item second time it didn’t arrive. I called to see where my order is and the lady at the other end said that has been delivered, when I said that I didn’t received my item they said that nothing they can do as I was the one choosing Royal Mail next day over the other currier that they have. In my opinion as long as you offer this currier service you can’t blame me for choosing wrong or right. Poor customer service

We found Roy exceptionally knowledgeable who then advised us on which tyres to go for our EV. We took it on board with what Roy advised us and we are exceptionally please with the result. I’m going to book our car in for an M O T with them as they seem a very reasonably priced firm but they also are exceptionally very friendly. Well done to Roy and your team at Stafford branch

All components included in package, and a diagram of fitting instructions with precise dimensions for fixing holes. Fitted and worked first time, with soft close. The calculator for number of stays was helpful, and correct.
