However the response I got from Everedge was great - they were very helpful on the phone and sorted out the problems straight away. Great customer service!

Aug 14,2023Really great product, shame about the delivery. Received no communication to say when the order was being delivered, by what courier or that it had been received. Left at the front door when no one was home, so wasn't the best. Otherwise, really good product and easy to use. Looks very smart and would use again but would buy from another retailer. In response to Everedge, my contact details were correct when I made my order, I have just checked my invoice. Maybe there was a fault with the system rather than with the customer?
