Aug 07,2023First of all, whenever I call, I always am connected to a real person, often one I have talked with before. We both remember each other and the previous work. How special is that. Never am I made to feel inferior or like I am wasting anyone's time. The reps always explain technology clearly, and/or correct any issues with images, etc. Most appreciate the coupon savings in this tough economy. Top quality business cards and postcards, always. It is a pleasure doing business with this company.

Jul 27,2023I got personal help and guidance over the phone for the completion of my postcard. Once completed the rest of the process was fairly simple. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Doing the edits on my own are a bit difficult so I'm glad they made someone available to help me. I wish the site was more user friendly without needing help but at least help is available when needed.

Jul 06,2023Although our cards were mailed in a very timely manner, the quality was poor. The cards were mailed to a 55+ community where we know a good many of the residents. Several of the recipients of the cards contact us to tell us the front picute was smudged. This makes us seem very unprofessional.
