But the absolute crucial element that keeps me coming back is the excellent customer service. Whenever I have a question or issue, I can just call their customer service line and talk to a real person right away who can and will answer my question or fix my problem -- without hassle. This kind of service is extremely rare these days!

Jan 31,2023Green postcards - Unfortunately, the postcards that went out had a very green hue. I called Expresscopy to see about getting a credit in the full amount as this is obviously a very poor reflection on my business. They offered a credit of 50%. Yikes...not happy with the resolution and told the customer service person I did not find the offer satisfactory. :(
