Sep 19,2024Placed an order in July, credit card was charged but it's 2.5 months later, and never received product. When I look up my order on their website it says it still hasn't shipped. I've emailed the company multiple times with zero response back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from.

But I have to say that it’s definitely the best delivery service in Canada I use so far. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. We receive an email for every step of the process.
