Jan 22,2025Ordered a 3-way plug on amazon, sadly did not work a single day. Amazon tells me to contact the seller directly, did that on the 7th of December 2024 via contact form. Demanded either a refund or a working 3way plug. No answer since then. Great experience!

Dec 31,2024I have bought a number of LED Smart Sensor Wardrobe Lights that are charged by USB from ExtraStar. They work brilliantly. I don't need to turn any lights on in the house at all as I walk upstairs - I have one at the bottom of stairs, one at top, one in my bedroom and one in bathroom. All just come on as I make my way to bed. They only require charging perhaps every fortnight or so. A great buy and good way to save on electricity bill. Called ExtraStar today (New Year's Eve) - very helpful lady on end of phone. Full Marks, ExtraStar!! Can't say that often, sadly....

Nov 28,2024This company provides crappy service and deserve 0 STAR. I made an order from them and the contents were stolen by RM. I sent an email which they ignored and proceeded to call. They ignored all 10 calls during business hours and did not return any call or respond. All they had to do was raise a claim with Royal Mail and have this sorted

Oct 22,2024I bought an LED floodlight which supposedly has user controlled settings but there are no external controls. At first the light kept coming on, then off, then on; now it has gone off permanently. The so-called user manual was one sheet of garbled English which was no help.
