ez8a helps minority and women-owned businesses meet their objectives by assisting them in obtaining an 8a Certification which is accredited by the SBA. Our experts will guide you through the 8a application process, making sure you acquire this coveted government accreditation in as little time as possible.
We have years of experience in helping disadvantaged business enterprises, service disabled veterans and women-owned businesses reach their dreams through the SBA 8(a) Certification Program. This is the reason businesses across the U.S. trust us. If you want to apply for the Small Business Administration's 8a Certification you need our expert guidance. We treat every application individually and take your certification as seriously as you do.
Additionally, we specialize in HUBZone Certification, which allows businesses located in areas defined by the SBA as historically underutilized, to gain access to specified government contracts. Like the 8a program, HUBZone approval by the Small Business Administration provides access to specific contracts reserved exclusively for small businesses in the United States of America. ez8a can also help with CCR registration.
Accuracy and expertise are paramount on your first 8a and/or HUBZone form submission. The SBA spends a great deal of time going over your 8a application. ez8a will give each application the time and attention needed to achieve a successful outcome for your business.
Exceptional Experience! The journey to becoming an 8(a) company can be quite arduous and time-consuming; however, the ez8a team significantly alleviated the challenges associated with this process. They not only guided how to navigate the complexities but also collaborated with me from the very beginning until I received the notification of my 8(a) Certification. Mark, along with his dedicated team members, Ms. Nicole Hatchel and Mr. Romy Mapile, were actively engaged throughout. During the process, I had a virtual meeting with Mr. Mark Ryan, who thoroughly explained the application procedure and conducted a brief interview to ensure my company met the SBA's criteria. Subsequently, a more detailed interview took place. Once we decided to proceed, I compiled all the required documentation for the SBA application. After several months of communication with the SBA, with ez8a's support at every step, I finally received the notification of my 8(a) certification. I am extremely satisfied with the service rendered. I wholeheartedly endorse ez8a, Mark, and his highly skilled and knowledgeable team!
ez8a helped me in getting my SBA 8(A) and MBE certifications approved. Today I got my SBA certification approved and all the credit goes to ez8a in making this happen ! Thank you ez8a !!

They were very reasonable about price since I had done some of the work already. Responsive to my questions and interactive as needed.
I am happy and satisfied with Jovy's excellent customer service. She is responsive and professional. I highly recommend!
Our company successfully attained 8a certification recently and eZ8a was the driving force from initiation to completion of the process. Our assigned Lead Analyst was knowledgeable and responsible to all our needs. I would recommend this ez8a to any company desiring to achieve success in the government contracting buainess.
I have used ez8a for years and have the highest regard for their expertise. They assisted with my initial 8a application, Woman Owned, and HubZone all successful! They understand my plate is full and I don't have a lot of time, but they pick up the pieces and follow through when I can't. Truly, the best professional help at a very reasonable rate.
EZ8A has been our go to partner through SDVOSB and 8a certification, there is no doubt they know the process through and through. It is still very important that as a client we need to stay engaged, if not things can get on the back burner. They do wait until you ask for help, but if you ask for help they will guide, direct and provide all the resources to nudge you in the right direction.
EZ8a consistently made our certification process very simple and successful. Jovy did a fantastic job submitting the necessary documents giving least chances for the SBA to ask for more documentation or questions. She also made sure to communicate every week even when there were no updates. It was a pleasure working with such a dedicated and skilled group of professionals. Special mention to Kathy, Kelly, Jovy who helped Fracsys from the beginning to navigate the certification process. I strongly recommend EZ 8a and would continue engage EZ8a in all our future services. Best wishes to the team
ez8a was by far the most affordable service for helping to obtain certifications for your company that I interviewed. Not only were they the best price but they made the process very easy and effortless on my part! Thanks for all your assistance. Paul
If you want your WOSB certification you need a professional company to assemble it. Some of the questions were complicated at best. Jovy submitted to SAM on 12-15-22. It takes over a year to get an approval. Can you imagine how long it would take if it were not perfectly presented? I expected at least 1 question from the SBA but it was obviously perfect the first time. Ez8a was so worth the small amount of money compared to the work they put into this paperwork. Thank you to Jovy for taking care of absolutely everything. Today we got our certification!!! Maxwell-Jade.com
Extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I definitely did not have the capacity to complete the 8a application on my own. My analyst, Jovy, was extremely knowledgeable about the 8a process and quickly responded to all my questions, and included resources for reference. As a very busy business owner, I was able to rely on Jovy to help me compile the application package and answer the questions from the reviewers regarding my application. I would recommend ez8a and Jovy to anyone interested in getting their 8a certification.
Jovi is a excellent associates within Advance GSA Team. Working with such a dedicated and skilled individual and group of professionals was truly a pleasure. Please extend my appreciation to all those involved in helping APEX obtain its WOSB Certification. Again, thank you once again for your outstanding service. Sincerely, APEX IT Services LLC

Please extend my appreciation to all those involved in helping Calcmatics obtain its 8a Certification. Again, thank you once again for your outstanding service. Sincerely, Calcmatics LLC
Jovy was very professional. She has patience and help me in every way even when I was ready to give up. I was very fortunate to get her help.
Just got the 8a certification. Started on my own several times in the past, but the paperwork and requirements were difficult to navigate. Had an analyst work through multiple requests for additional information from the SBA, with this process, they had templates and assistance every step, so money well spent.
I wish I could say that my experience with ez8a was wonderful, but it wasn't. The first consultant analyst assigned to me stated that we would start with the EDWOSB application first. That was the first red flag to me, as the first step needs to be the SAM.gov registration. I constantly had to follow up with her about submitting my EDWOSB application because she kept giving me excuses that she ran out out time today, or the system froze and kicked her out, etc. However, I was able to log in after a couple of attempts. Once she finally submitted the application, I logged in to check the status only to find that several pieces of information were entered incorrectly. She told me that the information carries over from the SAM.gov site, but when I checked the information in Login.gov, it was correct. Red flag #2. When I challenged her on it, she told me that it common for the personal information to have a couple of errors and that it is something that can be easily addressed in clarification with the SBA. I prefer for things to be done properly the first time-especially if I'm paying over $5000 for your company to do it. I also discovered that she never entered the information to state that my application was prepared and submitted by a consultant. Red Flag #3. The SBA asks for this information. At this point, I became so frustrated by my emails getting lost and having to resend them; repeatedly having to ask her if she was going to work on my application and only then would she log on to the site to do anything; lack of effective communication because she did not explain things clearly and I had to follow up with another email to try to understand what it was that needed to be done; having to follow up on requests for information; not being proactive, that I reached out to her manager and asked to work with a different analyst.. I shouldn't have had to keep logging in to the beta site to see the status of my application. I did not know about the errors in my application until I logged on to view the summary myself. She either didn't review it, or failed to see the importance of communicating this to the client so they are fully up to date. I was assigned to the senior analyst. She reiterated that I would need to show an additional $100k-$150k in revenue before they could submit my 8(a) BD application to the SBA because my sales were low for the previous 2 years and the SBA would require it. I sent an email directly to the SBA for clarification on this requirement. This was NOT true. The SBA confirmed that there is NO MINIMUM revenue requirement. Red Flag #4. At this point, I stopped communicating with anyone from ez8a and proceeded to submit my application on my own. I achieved my 8(a) certification without any help from ez8a. Save your money and your sanity by using a different consulting firm, or do it on your own.
We started the initial 8(a) application by ourselves and got stalled in the process. EZ8a assisted us with the process to get the certification. We are impressed with their professionalism and timely response. I highly recommend them for your business if you are looking for certification needs.
My Rep Jovy was awesome to work with from beginning to end in obtaining my SDVOSB a certification. I was a little frustrated in the beginning however, Jovy was very patient and explained everything to me in its entirety. I am now working with the company marketing team to increase my companies exposure. I will refer them to my friends and family.

Dec 03,2024ez8a provided invaluable assistance with our SBA EDWOSB certification. We worked closely with Jovy from ez8a, who expertly guided us through the documentation required for submission. Jovy not only provided detailed guidance on the submission process but also assisted in the actual submission and frequently tracked the certify.sba.gov site for any updates required by the SBA. This professional support significantly reduced our administrative workload during the certification process. I would also like to highlight Mark Ryan, one of the partners at ez8a. Mark is exceptionally knowledgeable about GSA, 8(a), 8(a) STARS III, and other contracting vehicles, as well as various certifications and federal contracting-related questions. He is always ready to advise and assist small businesses, whether they are customers or not. I highly recommend ez8a for your certification needs and any services related to government contracting.
