May 13,2021If i could give a zero I would bought a dog bed wrongly sized I sent it back next day contacted seller no answer after 3 days till I decided to open a pay pal dispute shaniece said she would pay money in on 25 April never happened no answer to messages phoned PayPal and they have refunded my money today case is closed in my favour .. very unprofessional customer service!

Nov 23,2020I loved Shanieceās Christmas cushions...so I asked her if she would make me two plush grey filled cushions with silver sparkly snowflakes? And she did, she made them just the way I wanted them to look. They are absolutely gorgeous, very festive. Her customer service was great, she kept me updated and also sent me some pictures along the way. Very quick delivery also. I would highly recommend Fabricnco
