Feb 07,2025If I could give a thousand stars I would! Rob and the team at Falstaff are absolutely first class. From impeccable design to incredible quality, Falstaff Home Design are fantastic. So far we have had a full kitchen design, supply and installation and also a fully fitted study and wardrobes, and we will be doing walk in wardrobes soon. Such fun people to work with and so kind and generous with their time and advice. They have a huge range of products and options, all of the highest quality. Before we found them we had garnered quotes from other companies who professed to be the crème de la crème but they did not compare at all to the quality of Falstaff, and on top of that were much more expensive for a lesser quality product! Falstaff really cherish their customers and put their heart and soul into each project. Rob Brooks, one of the partners, has an incredible and unique talent for perfectly hand drawing your design during the initial meeting/consultation which leaves you with a clear vision before going to CAD drawings. Absolutely outstanding! As you can tell im a huge fan and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A huge thanks to Rob and the team for bringing our vision to life and for being so awesome 🤩

The kitchen was delivered on time and any questions during the installation were answered promptly. A very smooth experience from beginning to end.

Oct 16,2024From the beginning to completion of our kitchen refit, Falstaff were of great help, support and super friendly,in particular Rob & Alex. The former assisted with the design of the kitchen, and nothing was any trouble at all, and Alex supported, in conjunction with Kevin Edwards Carpentry, who I would recommend highly for room installations, with aspects of the fitting, and again nothing was too much trouble, even the putting up of a bracket, and looking into a fitted wardrobe panel. If you're looking for home design then I wouldn't look any further than Falstaff.

Oct 07,2024From the initial appointment to quote, through to the finished kitchen, Falstaff were excellent. Firstly, Alex came out to quote for the job, we were looking to replace existing worktops and splash backs, with granite. Alex took down all the details needed, as well as suggesting a few improvements from the existing design we had, which included a window sill that was to be made up of the same material. My wife and I also visited the shop to look at the samples, again we were helped with everything we needed, this time by Adi. He also suggested different options for the new sink and drain away that we had not previously thought of, which worked better for us and we ended up choosing. When the sink arrived we were asked to check it over and there was a minor defect, Alex came the next day and a replacement was with us later that same day, ready for the installation. Ours was a template fitting, so we had one morning of measuring up before the fit, which, due to it being templated only took a morning, including fitting the sink, which was amazing, we had a great new look kitchen in less than a day. We would highly recommend using Falstaff for any needs you have.

Sep 10,2024Don't normally do a second review but when a company goes above and beyond expectation with exceptional service it deserves one Already impressed with Falstaff Home designs if you see my previous review but really impressed with Alex. He came initially to deliver the splash back after the kitchen was fitted. I unpacked it to check it. it was a job for the kitchen fitter to come back and fit it. Alex said as I am here, I will fit it for you, which he did. Then he noticed the pan draws were not fitted correctly. The original fitter could not get the cutlery draw to fit under the hob so fitted it in the middle, not correct but worked. Alex obviously took pride in their product and design and although not asked said he would come back and fit it correctly. He did a few weeks later, refitting the runners and lifting the draw front to make it fit. Not an easy job and he is not a kitchen fitter by trade. He did an excellent job and it is so much better with it in the correct position. Thanks Alex Rob who designed it also called in to have a look at the kitchen and check it was all ok. The quality of the cupboards etc is of a high standard I would have no hesitation in recommending Falstaff home design for their professionalism and customer service Thank you Adi and the team you recommended for fitting said kitchen

Jul 30,2024Rob, Adie and the Team have created a 5 star plus company, if I could give them another star I would. From the moment Rob put pen to paper our kitchen started to come alive. We are delighted with the service, quality, attention to detail and the never ending patience. Felixstowe Carpentry & Joinery also need a mention as both companies work well together and nothing was too much trouble. I have recommended to at least 2 others that have now ordered their dream kitchens through Falstaff!

May 29,2024I started my kitchen journey 2 years ago and visited every kitchen shop. It was a nightmare, wrong plans, too much pressure. I gave up until I came across Falstaff. Rob was a breath of fresh air. Showed me sample after sample that man is patient. I now have may dream kitchen and would highly recommend Falstaff. Also have to give kitchen fitter Rob praise as he made the whole process easy

Feb 20,2024Rob has been excellent throughout the whole process. We had a Utility done before Christmas and our kitchen completed last week. He helped guide on colours and gave great advice on the design of both rooms. We changed the design a few times and nothing was too much trouble. We had to make decisions quickly but he was happy to help us achieve everything we wanted. Highly recommended this company.

Feb 10,2024We were walking past Falstaff Showroom and decided to go in Rob Alex Adi welcomed us We had number of companies came round to design our Kitchen but nobody came to the mark as Falstaff. A totally different experience was had we enjoyed from start and too the final design no problems to them We now have a Kitchen to die For and thank you to all of Rob’s team to bring this to Fruition Highly Recommended Now order our Wardrobe 😊

The experience of the team makes the whole process a pleasure and their design knowledge allowed us to get the kitchen of our dreams. We were so pleased we also had media units, wardrobes and a laundry room designed and supplied. Jan 17,2024I was recommended Falstaffhomedesign by word of mouth which is always a good sign and I was not disappointed. The team and particular Rob were very friendly and hospitable. I was very pleased with Robs design and product knowledge for our kitchen coming up with some great ideas. They were very competitive on price with a no pressure sell and last of all they were with us all the way with a quick response to installation and any minor product issues I would highly recommend them

Sep 30,2023We are so pleased with the design and finish of the kitchen that Falstaffhomedesign submitted. Rob came to our home to design the kitchen to our liking, Rob also came back later to consult with our fitter, Lee, to make sure they were agreed on the fitting procedure and that any problems that may be encountered were already sorted. Overall the delivery of the units arrived on the day promised. We had quotes from other companies but we're so pleased we chose Fallstaff Home Design and highly recommend them.

Feb 17,2025From start to finish, Falstaff were exemplary. Rob initially attended our house and helped us design our new kitchen with many ideas and suggestions of his own. He helped to arrange the delivery so it arrived exactly when we needed it. Also suggested and liaised with an excellent kitchen fitter Jamie Burnham. A few tiny alterations were achieved with minimal fuss. I would thoroughly recommend Rob, Ade and Falstaff kitchens.
