Feb 02,2025The purchase was straightforward, but I found out I had bought the key for the wrong platform. Fanatical doesn't allow refunds if the key has been revealed, even though I cannot use it anyway. Hiding behind terms and conditions is not appreciated; the heart of the matter is that I bought something I cannot use and I cannot give it back. UPDATE -- I resolved the issue in minutes via the Fanatical support team. Many thanks for your prompt reply and your excellent customer service. 5/5

Feb 03,2025You should really do something for the iframe issue. It is crazy that I need to go with an incognito tab to complete the purchase both on Firefox and Chrome when using the same privacy plugins I can complete transactions on any other website.
