Jan 19,2025I usually buy bundles from Fanatical and occasionally pre-order games. Errors rarely occur with purchased games, and even when they do, customer service resolves them quickly. In particular, the games provided by Fanatical are all officially licensed, which is very important. I also buy a lot of games from unofficial authorized stores, and if I encounter a problem while purchasing, I may not get a perfect solution. Since the game is unofficially licensed, some publishers will refuse to help you. It is precisely because of the comparison that I found that Fanatical is superior. In addition to offering solid merchandise and tons of great value bundles, they also have a customer service team that can handle issues quickly. My buying experience with Fanatical has been mostly pleasant and rarely unpleasant.

Jan 19,2025Pre-ordered game - never indicated whether Fanatical ever had the available keys on the launch day. When launch day came, did not receive key and instead received an email claiming they are still trying to get more keys. Complete false advertising. Would have given 0/5 stars if I could but I raised it to 1 star due to contacting their Support and was able to get a refund.

Jan 19,2025Fanatical is a good website and can be trusted.If you dont want your keys from Grey Market like Instant Gaming or G2A this is a deal site for you.Many games are cheaper on other website I mentioned above but some are cheaper here on Fanatical , so combine all of them and search for the cheapest option or your only option if you dont like grey market zone.They also gift games from time to time and they are always good games.

Jan 19,2025Great customer service. I’m new to steam gaming and owning a steam deck. I made a huge mistake that was completely my fault putting all the games I just bought onto the wrong account somehow. I spent hours trying to contact steam to get it fixed but I couldn’t. Fanatical responded to me and kept timely replies to where it was settled fairly quick. I am so thankful my dumb mistake didn’t end up costing me money and that I am able to have those games for my kids now. Besides that I love the great deals on bundles of different games and I have bought from several of them. Also just good deals on regular games too. I’m new to steam and all of this but I’ve already got a decent collection of games for a fraction of the cost. I spent $10 to get 5 good games worth around $150 regular price. I am very satisfied with my service and this is the only website I allow notifications from just so I can keep up with the sales.

Jan 18,2025I preordered a game, but have not received the key after the release date. I asked the ETA for the key to them, but they could not answer. At the same time, I asked if I can cancel the order, but they just said sorry and answered nothing. I am still waiting.

Jan 18,2025First order at Fanatical for a pre order. Selling keys which they don´t have but still advertise new keys on release day. Also the option to buy the key was availble when they haven´t sent keys to the people who purchased that before. The support replys quickly but all they do its blame the publisher, without more information which I belive they really don´t have. There is no way to refund the preorderd game only over a support ticket. After 24h still haven´t received a key or any news.

Jan 18,2025It's awful that a merchant can claim they have product and advertise "EARLY ACCESS!" or "Get the Deluxe Edition and play now!" when they don't have the keys to provide that service to you. Basic fundamentals of being a storefront is having the product you advertise. I specifically ordered the deluxe edition of Dynasty Warriors: Origins to play earlier. Did I get my key earlier than the release date? No. However, the discount was good, so I was willing to forego this. It is now 2 days past the release date and I am sitting here with no product, but a chunk of my wallet taken by Fanatical. Fully knowing they have no keys to hand out before the release date and after the release date. Abysmal experience, they've done this before with Space Marine 2. Advertising despite knowing you have no keys is disgusting. Garbage service.
