Dec 12,2024Customer service were very helpful and very friendly. I ordered a Ferrari Team Pro Jacket. Customer service replied to me twice, once in relation to the product itself and then once to inform me of a shipping tracking error - these things happen though and I was glad to be kept in the loop! Shipping was a bit slow (13 days), but this would be more of an issue with the service provider and didn't have too much of an effect at the end of the day. Highly recommend FansBrands and it is where I will be getting my F1 merchandise online in future! - Cillian, Ireland

Nos equivocamos con el número y después de cobrarnos 9,90 euros de gastos de envío, se me hace saber que he de buscar una empresa de transporte y que la devolución no es gratuita. Esto rondaría los 27 o 28 euros. En total, 38 euros tirados sin ninguna confianza en que se me haga la devolución. Están anunciadas en Wallapop, y rebajadas a un precio muy, muy asequible porque prefiero venderlas ahí que devolverlas a esta gente tan, tan poco seria. No compréis, vendrá grande la talla y habréis perdido tiempo y dinero. Hasta shein tiene devolución gratuita. Una vergüenza.
