I requested farekit to send me the best deals for maldives and their representative Gaurav was extremely helpful in getting this done in no time as me and my husband abruptly decided on this trip one fine morning and travel dates that were suitable to us were of the following week. I came to know this Farekit through internet, initially I was worried if this is really a trusted company. Then had a chance to speak with Rahul from Farekit, the way he spoke and the assurance he gave moved me on the positive side about Farekit. Then decided to book tickets from Farekit, but my travel date was on a peak time, Rahul was very patient and clear enough to get a better deal. I got the tickets on a great deal. Then found my card was charged higher than the deal price. I called to check, they validated immediately and refunded the excess amount immediately. My friends who were noticing all these interactions were very impressed and started reaching Farekit already for their tickets. Hope they will also get the great deals. Special mention about Rahul Sharma - Really he was very patient enough to answer all my questions and was ready to stay late after his shift to get the deal closed. You always get reply to your mail from him immediately even on off hours. Job well done.
