Jan 30,2025The item was OK. But it was the wrong item, twice. I ordered a little gun key chain. The first time i thought i would keep the wrong item and just re order. The second one was wrong again. Probably wont use them again.

Aug 27,2024I HAVE ORDERED A NUMBER OF SQUARE PATTERN SCARVES FROM FATCATZ AND HAVE BEEN DELIGHTED HOWEVER ON THIS RECENT OCCASION THE SCARF THAT ARRIVED WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED I ORDERED A SCARF WITH SILVER POLKA DOTS A SCARF WITH WHITE POLKA DOTS ARRIVED WHICH WAS THE SAME AS ONE i ALREADY HAD, WHEN I CONTACTED THE SELLER THEY WERE DISMISSIVE OF MY COMPLAINT WHICH I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH, I WAS ADVISED THAT THE SILVER SPOT SCARF IS ACTUALLY THE ONE WITH WHITE POLKA DOTS!

It may not have been an expensive item but i still expect it to be non faulty when i receive it so overall i am not happy with the service.
