I ordered a dress and black jeans in the end of Summer sale - not expecting great quality for the low prices I was paying. Fast delivery and secure packaging. I was very pleased with the quality of the dress and the jeans. I'm size 12 and both the dress and jeans are a perfect fit. Will be shopping here again.

I ordered 3 items & came very quickly. 1 top needed to be returned & because it was a sale item I was offered a credit note instead of a refund. I think if a full refund within the return time frame should be considered.

I ordered a dress on line, it arrived in two days, very efficient and prompt service. Unfortunately the dress was unsuitable, so I had to return it. Got a refund almost immediately. I would thoroughly recommend Felicity & Me.
