May 29,2023I had been looking at the imperfect masks, and noticed the one I needed was priced higher than the others. I reached out to the customer service number and to my surprise, Wilhelmina answered. She addressed my concerns while she was busy doing something else, and took my info to reach back out to me. Within an hour or so, she let me know she fixed the issue so I could place my order! I couldn't believe that an owner would go out of their way to offer such great customer service! I told her she earned a client that day, and I placed the order. Got it within 3 days and my daughters horse loved it! He was much more responsive to her aids when she rode him in it. He's not spooky by nature, but his mask helps him keep his head when faced with situations he gets nervous in. Definitely recommend having a Fenwick on hand for keeping horses focused! He had no problem putting it on as he's an OTTB that wore a hood during racing. 1000 percent would buy again due to the wonderful experience all the way around!

May 08,2023Would have been good to know about the significant duty charges on top of the expensive shipping to Canada. Product is great and fits well. Clips don't keep the fabric tucked and neat throughout ride.

Oct 24,2022Material in ears was not thick enough for my horse. Most silent ear bonnets are thicker in the ears. I bought this because I couldn't find something big enough to fit him and this actually does but horse still reactive because Material in ears isn't thick enough.

Sep 26,2022I like your products I have bought the horse hoods for calming stressed horses. The ball caps for me and my brother for headache. The footies are great for radicular pain. My 19 year old rat terrier likes the dog blanket and the calming gater for her stiff neck, as do I for my neck. The gloves are great for cold days. The only thing that would make it better would be free shipping.
