Jul 24,2017In terms of getting the loan, it was a very quick, straight forward process. The only down side was speaking to anyone in terms of customer service. On most occasions I wanted to discuss repayment options etc., I could not get through to anyone and had to try multiple times. The online management systems is in vital need of improvement also. Compared to other providers Ferratum is lacking in many areas in terms of customer experience.
