Jun 17,2021Submitted my application on Monday morning & had it approved and settled today (Thursday). Great turnaround, amazing communication throughout the process and couldn't have been a simpler. Usually applying for finance is frustrating and cumbersome. This experience was the complete opposite. Special callouts go out to Sheree and Cassandra who handled my application with the utmost professionalism. Other finance companies can certainly take a look at at Finance One's customer service approach. Thanks again! (note: this is not an incentivised review).
