Apr 09,2021Hello, where do I Start. Thank you first to finance one for all there help with my car finance. They have helped me through COVID and through not working full time. They have been very helpful through this hard time I’ve gone through. I’d like to thank MELISSA and LAURA for all there assistance. They have helped me so much and has not stressed me out more then I already am. Melissa has been the most helpful women. She has guided me and made things so clear. Laura has been very helpful too. They are both a ASSET to your company. There was one lady that I didn’t like the way she spoke to me. She made me so upset and I had angsiaty after she spoke to me. She was rude and very abrupt. She just said oh well if u can’t pay your loan you should sell your car. She made me so stressed I went to the doctors after her phone call. I hated calling fOne if she answered me. She is not a nice lady at all and doesn’t suit your company. Thank you again for Melissa and Laura for being helpful but direct to me. We are all going through a hard time at the moment but it’s not nice to be rude. You don’t know what I’m going through. Thank you again
