Feb 19,2021I took out finance with Finance One in July 2020 which had a significant interest rate. When I questioned this, I was promised a significant reduction within 6 months pending my repayment history. (This was from a “rogue” broker). I called Finance One and was declined this. When Leanne and Deb contacted me in regard to this situation they went out of their way to ensure I was given a reduction that I was comfortable with. Leanne and Deb are extremely professional with high degrees of emotional intelligence, that took the time to listen and understand the situation. Thanks guys, I’m happy..

Feb 18,2021Had a quiet month during December and January with work no money was coming in and had a few repayments deferred, everything was simple and clear and were very understanding was able to make catch up payments over 4 weeks and go back to normal repayments after that. Thanks Finance One
