Jan 06,2021Had a problem where I missed a payment due to a public holiday. Thankfully I was able to call and explain, immediately they set a payment plan to make up that missed payment. Had to call again as my bank did not reverse the payment at which they immediately cancelled the payment plan that was no longer needed and had it all set back to normal. Very easy to deal with, with very nice, understanding and helpful customer service.
