Dec 02,2022A massive thank you to James and Nikki for all their help in getting us a Right to Buy mortgage. Our situation wasn't a straight forward one, but they were determined to find us the right deal, despite numerous applications, and numerous rejections they kept plugging away and this week we finally completed on our home. All the way through we had excellent communication from James, always keeping us updated and no issue was too much trouble. Buying home is daunting, but these guys made the process really easy! Definitely recommend!

He talked me through everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. He got me the best deal he could and I couldn’t believe how cheap life insurance is. What we were really impressed with was although we were not fully ready to pursue the entire process, Jabez was prepared to take the information and give guidance on what we needed to do and what specific information was needed. Fast forward to 8 or 9 months later, we were fully ready to pursue the process, Jabez already had all the information and was quick to initiate the best options for us. I really can’t thank Jabez and Nicola for their hard work in supporting us to achieve this dream. Jabez or Nicola were always available to take my calls, answer any questions and provide advice and information. They both made the process seamless despite the many hiccups at times. The grand surprise from Jabez and his team was the lovely house warning presents we received. We are thankful and fully indebted to FSS, Jabez and Nicola….Cheers!!!!!

He got good terms/prices for us, and clearly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. He was always happy to clarify any questions we had, or make adjustments wherever we needed. Most importantly, for me, was the feeling of dealing with a person rather than a company (even remotely via phone and video calls). He truly felt like an ally throughout the whole process. If you are looking for a less stressful house purchase I highly recommend them.
