She expertly accommodated all of our requests, ensuring that we were situated in a family-friendly location with all the facilities we needed nearby. With a child in tow, we aimed to minimize travel and have easy access to the beach, a patio, and breakfast, and Trang made it all happen. Even during the TET holiday, she remained available to assist us with any inquiries, always providing prompt responses. Thanks to her, we had an incredible holiday with everything seamlessly arranged. This is our second time booking through her, and once again, it was an amazing experience.

We already traveled to HaLong Bay and Phu Quoc and Trang helped us a lot to understand our options at these places, the tours we could take and how we could enjoy the most our time there! It is not just about the quality of the tours we take, which is awesome and great staff, but also the service provided before travelling. Feb 08,2024Fine Asian Escapes surpassed all expectations for our tour of Vietnam. Trang organised a bespoke private tour for 3 of us travelling from Hanoi to Nha Trang over 2 weeks. We were met at Hanoi airport by Loc who was the best guide imaginable. He was knowledgeable, interested and interesting, good fun and very helpful. He accompanied us for the first week of our tour, picking us up with our lovely driver ,Long ,every day. he organised tickets for shows, took us to all the visitor attractions and some great dining venues. The hotels we were allocated were all unique and completely different from each other with amazing service and food in each of them. One of our party had a serious allergy which Trang had informed every restaurant and hotel we were visiting, so there were never any issues. I cannot praise this company enough for showing us all sides of Vietnam, and giving us an enlightening and great value holiday.

Nov 12,2023We booked a private tour to visit the Nam Ha Protected Region in Northern Laos. We were away for 3 nights in home-stays/village lodges trekking through local communities. From start to finish we were looked after, a full time guide, all transport, including train tickets and food were included in the cost. Our guide Pone was superb and was a great support during some tough trekking!

Nov 02,2023Visiting Vietnam has always been a dream of mine. After a friend did a trip with Fine Asian Escapes and recommended them, I reached out to them to see what they could offer. Trang was my contact. She was very friendly yet professional and gave me valuable advice on how to make the most of my time in Vietnam. Well, the holiday was perfection. We started in Saigon and made our way to the north, visiting Hoi An and Hue along the way. I thoroughly recommend visiting Hue as Trang has rightly said it was a gem and often overlooked! The citadel and Khai Dinh tomb were spectacular and for someone who is into history like myself I think it is a special place. We also did the 2 night cruise in Ha Long Bay and visited some floating villages and Cat Ba National Park which was great as well. My only wish is we could stay longer! Thank you again Fine Asian Escapes and Trang for such a memorable holiday.

Sep 21,2023I inquired about a post I saw on Facebook for a resort in Ninh Binh. I received prices and dates almost instantly. It was a last-minute vacation and FAE was able to meet all of my needs and gave me lots of options to choose from. The resort was EXCELLENT. FAE was in touch with us throughout the trip to make sure the resort met our needs as well. They went above and beyond to make sure our adventure was successful and relaxing! Our driver was punctual and an excellent driver. We will definitely go back AND use FAE in the future!

Jul 31,2023We’ve the pleasure of dealing with Nga at Fine Asian Escapes for our Vietnam holiday. She took time time to understand what we’d like to achieve from the trip and crafted a perfect itinerary for us. We hiked, cruised, biked, went on an overnight train, rowed a bamboo boat, learned how to make Pho noodle etc. It was very hot and the traffic was mad but nonetheless it was a very enriching holiday and everyone had a blast! Thank you Nga, the team at Fine Asian Escapes and all the wonderful guides and drivers for taking care of us so well and making our time away so special.

Jul 07,2023We've just returned from an absolutely amazing 10-day holiday in North and Central Vietnam, and we can't express enough gratitude to Fine Asian Escapes. We specifically sought out a local company specializing in luxury travel, and they turned out to be the perfect choice. Trang, our main contact, was simply incredible. She crafted a comprehensive itinerary that covered all the popular destinations, took care of our internal flights, and provided insightful suggestions for activities that she thought we would enjoy. She also remained in constant communication as our holiday approached. The hotels arranged by Fine Asian Escapes were exceptional. I must mention the Sofitel Legend Metropole in Hanoi, which left us in awe. Staying there was like stepping into an iconic and historic place. Our Ha Long Bay cruise with Capella was another highlight, offering a luxurious experience. Kayaking in the bay was simply breathtaking and a memory that will stay with us forever. We love our guides - Hanh, Phong, and Andy were absolutely amazing! They were not only knowledgeable but also made our journey fun and accommodated our requests with ease. We highly recommend joining one of the street food tours in Hoi An, where we had what we believe to be the best Banh Mi ever. Jun 29,2023We are on our last days at a beautiful resort in Vietnam and I felt compelled to write this. We wanted an amazing bespoke package to Vietnam and Nga came to our rescue, at a very short notice. She listened to what we wanted and suggested a perfect itinerary for us, drawing on her extensive knowledge of her country. The trip has been phenomenal! We particularly loved our stay in Sapa which felt like a different world with beautiful landscapes and rich local cultures. It was a long bus ride but we felt it was totally worth it. We also loved exploring Hue and trying the imperial cakes and desserts. An Lam Nha Trang, our last stop, is out of this world! The guides were very patient with us asking millions of questions and we felt well looked after. Thank you again Fine Asian Escapes for such a wonderful holiday.

Jun 15,2023Our family had an amazing holiday in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos with Fine Asian Escapes. Trang was very prompt with her responses and sent us a drafted itinerary within 24 hours of our first email. We are a party of 5 and had different requests regarding what we wanted to see and do, the kind of hotels we liked, and the must-have facilities. I can say that nothing was too much trouble! The highlights of the trip were the Ha Long Bay cruise, street food tour in Hoi An, Mekong Delta floating market, monk blessings in Cambodia, and visiting the Kuang Si waterfall in Laos. I could go on and on! Everyone in our group absolutely loved the trip. The hotels were also fantastic, offering very good value for money, and we had next-door or interconnecting rooms throughout. It was a 10/10 trip, and we are delighted that we booked through Fine Asian Escapes.

May 31,2023My husband and I used Fine Asian Escape to organize our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip to Vietnam and are so please we did as Trang executed to perfection every aspects of our trip. Trang and her team take care of you from your arrival to departure so you never have to stress about anything. They will also respond promptly to all your requests and helped me retrieve my IPad, which I forgot on the plane on our arrival. All the selected hotels were excellent, very confortable and attentive to our needs. The drivers were very safe and their cars well kept and confortable with cold water bottles and even some cold towels. As other have mentioned Trang was always available and kept in touch throughout our 2 week trip. She made sure that our trip was the most enjoyable and memorable for our wedding anniversary. All the guides who travelled with us were extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpfull and fluent in English. They were helpful in locating a leather store in Hanoi, which I found on Instagram, and upon our arrival in Hoi An, in the evening, accommodated our last minute request to go to a tailor to have some clothes made. The guide in HCMC was very attentive, knowledgeable and very motherly regarding our confort and needs. Overall, we would not have had such a beautiful trip without Trang and Fine Asia Escape. We will definitely go back to Vietnam and work with them again. Do not hesitate to use the services of Trang and her team, you will not regret it. You can trust Trang to plan and organize the trip of a lifetime for you ! My husband and I thank Trang from the bottom of our heart for organizing and taking care of all our needs and requests.
