While new to the Trustpilot Review Party, First Class Flyer (FCF) has been the global leader in creative ticketing strategies for ambitious premium travelers since August 1996.
FCF also was the first to launch a premium fare alert and mileage-ticket availability service over a decade ago.
Most of FCF's special premium airfares, miles availability alerts and surveys, and ticketing strategies are unavailable anywhere else.
FIRST CLASS FLYER MEDIA REVIEWS...
"The best resource I know for free & purchased upgrade ‘tricks’ is FirstClassFlyer.com" --The New York Times
“Bennett shares all manner of upgrade secrets and strategies … fly in business class for the price of coach.” --Conde Nast Traveler
"The insider site." --Departures Magazine
"An exclusive website … finds reduced fares and free upgrades."--Four Seasons Resorts Magazine
I love the monthly newsletters and advice, but the newsletters are very long and contain too many different types of destinations. Many readers, I would guess, do not have time to digest all of the material. Since I have enjoyed the newsletters for several years, I find they are interesting to read. However, it really takes a long time to find the best prices when I need to make reservations for a vacation. My favorite statement when I share the newsletters with friends, is "You have to be retired to read, digest, and take advantage of the useful information." Also, much of the information does not apply to me, since I don't fly to Asia. I would also enjoy some attempt by your writers to rate airlines based upon comfort, safety, and amenities. Whenever you mention fares on airlines that are inferior (at least to me), it means you are merely emphasizing price, oftentimes over quality. Or at least links to reliable website airline reviews.....
I use FirstClassFlyer to get the best Airline pricing and upgrade information before I call the airline to book my flights. I find calling the airline does cost $25.00 more per ticket however talking to a live person always benifits me in the end of purchasing the tickets.
As a subscriber to FCF since its earliest days when I was a mid-level executive in the international division of a large multi-national, and as I moved up the corporate ladder, seldom a month went by that I did not find something in the monthly bulletins that enabled me to "move up front". 5 million miles later, and now retired, I still find that my subscription pays for itself as I explore the world on my own time, and money!
Everything perfect
Amazing service with real ideas. These are not pie in the sky strategies that are almost unusable, they really work and they can be booked by the "normal" traveler. Highly recommend this service as it pays for itself in one trip.
Excellent information about what smart travelers want to know. Always updated.
Great site for those who love to fly up front. Sometimes takes a little effort to find what you want but always well worth the effort.
Good ideas regularly.
Always sharing stuff I never knew nor would I be able to find easily...
Every time I have an issue and call, they are extremely responsive. The reports provide inside information on flight savings and little known issues to save money. I highly recommend FCF to anyone who flies. ed finkelstein
GREAT WEBSITE WITH EXTREMELY HELPFUL WAYS TO TRAVEL WHILE SAVING MONEY AND MILES!! IT'S PENNY WORTH THE MEMBERSHIP FEE!
While it requires focused attention, there is a lot of information. But it requires effort on the part of the reader, but that of course is a must for good results
GOOD INFORMATION,BUT TO FEW FLIGHTS FROM WASHINGTON DC AREA
I have been flying many years, but after subscribing I have learned so much I did not know before. Matthew s tips make you a better shopper when searching air fares.
The info is timely but the process of getting a reservation is quite cumbersome. So far, I am 0 for 7 in being able to use the information successfully and obtain a flight at the proffered price.
FirstClassFlyer is a wonderful way to get excellent fares on business and first class tickets.
I was able to snap several good deals for Business Class Flights thanks to FCF. My best was Phoenix-London-Dusseldorf RT in the middle of October for $1500. Keep up the good work! Best (fulfilled) travel wishes from Frank
1) First Class Flyer (FCF) 's strategies and tactics for getting the best deals on premium travel go beyond the "free" (paid by affiliate relationships and advertising) travel sites/blogs/publications and are more comprehensive, and look at things in ways that affiliate supported sources might miss or avoid (because no one is paying commission for the idea), since FCF and its in-depth market research is 100% subscriber supported. Furthermore, FCF constantly updates its approaches in response to the constant changes to the travel industry. And every recommendation works directly with the airlines, hotels, major credit cards and other travel service providers - no questionable "gray market" or secondary market shenanigans. It seems that the travel industry itself lately is making more award and low price premium travel opportunities available - perhaps because of FCF - but sometimes makes the opportunities trickier to find - except that FCF exposes those opportunities! 2) FCF provide all the updated strategy information is a neat compact well written entertaining pdf each month. (Core strategies that continue to work are archived on FCF's web site as well.) 3). I have booked low award point flight deals repeatedly in the past 15+ years that I found out from FCF deal alerts or from the monthly strategy pdf. A bucket list item of mine is to book a set of vacations using FCF's "leg stretch" strategy-such a steal! My entire approach to booking all of my travel, paid and award, is based 80% upon First Class Flyer strategies and mindset, and 20% on the "free" travel sites ideas. So I basically travel premium all the time at the same cost level (often less) that others travel economy, whereas before FCF my only premium travel was elite upgrades, and not all the time. FCF can feel free to use this review any way FCF wants, noting that I was not compensated nor incentivized in any way whatsoever beyond the sheer thrill of how travel is so much better (and more economical without sacrificing quality) for me with First Class Flyer than before I first began subscribing over 15 years ago. - Stephen Miles Jr a contract worker and lifelong aviation enthusiast in the real estate business, who travels much better than my pay grade because of First Class Flyer!
Whilst some of the suggested steps to obtain a goal can be confusing, in the main the publication provides excellent and valuable information in a very timely manner. I have recommended First Class Flyer to many of my friends and continue to do so.

Jan 19,2020The FCF site and concept seems well thought out. I have not taken advantage of their offers yet, not due to lack of time, money, or desire of places to go. My main reason for wanting Biz or fist class seats is for long haul flights. The learning curve to buy/use points is daunting to me, a newbie. I just renewed my gold membership hoping to take the leap of faith in the concepts FCF teaches this year.
