From start to finish First Defence have been a pleasure to deal with. Overnight they have stopped cockroaches appearing in my garden which I could see marauding every evening. Steve who completed the job was an absolute professional. Very pleasant to deal with and prompt. I would highly recommend and would have them back in a flash. 5 stars ***

Yehuda is an amazing guy fearless and innovative in dealing with a nasty wasps nest by the chimney high up on the roof. Hugely impressed with his athleticism and agility. Equally so with another nest inside the loft which had a very narrow access. Quite brilliant. Thoroughly recommended.

They were helpful at first but then things turned upside down. We are stuck with poisonous mouse traps in our back garden. They are rudely refusing to help us and now it's just an accident waiting to happen.

Fast response, personable and friendly service! Best of all; the mice disappeared fast! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, great customer service with follow up visits and calls to make sure your uninvited guests are GONE.

My partner called First Defence Pest Control after discovering bed bugs in our bed. The man from FDPS arrived as promised, on time and did a very thorough job. He was efficient, professional and had a great knowledge of the problem, which was very reassuring.. as you can imagine we were freaking out! They returned after a few weeks for a follow up visit, which was included in the original fee. The bugs were exterminated and haven't returned! I can highly recommend First Defence Pest Control to everyone!
