Nov 21,2024Absolutely brilliant. Wish I could have given more than 5 stars!! I took in a severely water damaged iphone. Kirsty was really sympathetic & within no time I had a call from Rob letting me know what he was going to do. He tried everything but unfortunately couldn't save my phone. He helped set up my new phone and gave me instructions on security. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Trustworthy and really friendly. (Plus he can fix GHD straighteners!! Wish I'd have known that before I bought some new ones).

Sep 06,2024So I went to the store in cannock town centre and this guy really knows what he's talking about, is true to his word and very quick and efficient. He knew exactly what the problem was with my phone, ordered the part straight away, called me as soon as it arrived and fixed it in half an hour of me dropping my phone off to the shop. I was going on holiday in the next couple of days and was so worried I would be going without my phone. Absolute legend. Would highly recommend 👍😁

Aug 13,2024and again Fix have helped me out even when they made no money from the advice. My partner wanted a new pay as you go phone for his birthday but none of the phone shops sell them now. I went to the kiosk in the In-Stores where the lovely young man told me the best place to get one is Argos, not only that he printed for me the make and model to go for and checked that they had one available. Fix always go above and beyond. thank you again guys.

Aug 09,2024very helpful my old computer tower was almost beyond repair so they completely renewed and rebuilt it to windows eleven at a fair price, it is now super fast, i did have a problem with no sound when i got it back, but i rang them and they sent a technician around the same afternoon and he fixed the problem. very pleased.

Had an issue with my son’s Nintendo Switch controller and was on the brink of thinking we were going to have to buy a new one to replace it, however Your Fix literally did what they say and sorted it within minutes!! Friendly staff, easy to park and access, would definitely use again.
