Contacted Mr Flag Accounts, explained the issue, sent photographs and received a replacement flag, Absolutely superb service and customer care. 100% a brilliant service and customer care. transpired there was a batch issue at manufacturing, not any fault of Mr Flag but third party supplier in China.

Aug 09,2024Needed a bespoke Arsenal flag for my Dad’s coffin. Sent through the preferred club crests and they delivered a perfect et design. Also added holes so it can be hung should ever needed at no extra cost. Delivered before stated time and excellent quality. Made a very sad purchase something easier to sort. Thank you.

Jul 23,2024This is my second order from MrFlag of the Prince Llywelyn flag, and based on the quality of the first flag and the speed of delivery I chose to order two more as gifts for other Llewellyn family members. They too are impressed by the quality of the flags. All the flags now hang proudly next to the American flag outside our homes. Thank you MrFlag and I'm sure to return and order more!

Jul 15,2024The flag did not come on time, after a week I had to chase and then I did get a good response from customer service. When it arrived it was quite thin and flimsy, but I guess flags need to be light. However I think the quality was inadequate

Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced my product but Mr Flag immediately made me aware of the issue and against the run of the clock made/shipped a replacement flag. I was very anxious and nervous about the issue but Mr Flag resolved everything in a timely manner ready for my Grandfathers funeral. Highly recommend Mr Flag services.
