Jul 28,2023Brendan was great! I needed a lofted bed frame flat pack setup and got in touch with Flat Pack London. Fantastic communication from Brendan and he quickly and efficiently put it all together in exactly the amount of time he estimated. Would highly recommend!

Jul 08,2021Thanks to Brendan for putting together our 3 door wardrobe. We used his services before, he's been great both times. We just moved and laid out all the panels and fittings for him in an empty bedroom, he was done in a little over 30mins. He even fixed a runner in a fitted wardrobe that was jamming on his way out. Great guy and great service, we'll get him to do odd jobs again.

Jul 02,2021Highly recommend! Brendan helped me out this week building furniture for a flat I was fully furnishing for a client. He was quick and efficient building the furniture, a real perfectionist, also mending a broken radiator cover as he went, and hanging pictures & mirrors. He also helped find someone to help get the furniture into the flat. Can't recommend highly enough & I will definitely be using him again! Thank you Brendan!

May 06,2021Highly recommended. Brendan was available within a day's notice to build our 3 door + 2 drawer wardrobe and desk. We were flexible with timing and he came mid-day. He was polite, friendly, and completed everything under 2 hours and checked it was in working condition before he left. It would have taken us 2 days! A huge thank you to Brendan!

Oct 21,2020Had arranged for Brendan from Flatpack review to come assemble our wardrobes. He was polite and professional at the time of booking. Brendan was firstly over an hour late and everything went even further pear-shaped when he called us cause he couldn't find our property. He was not listening at all and was extremely flustered and annoyed over the phone at not being able to find the address. We were trying to understand where he is to help him but he was really short and then just cut the phone. I tried calling him back cause I didn't realise at first he cut the phone on me but he hung up again without answering. We are now left in a situation where we have to arrange the service from someone else last minute. Kind of glad we didn't through with this company as if this was there professionalism before the job...I would not expect anything better with the actual service given Brendan's poor attitude. Terrible experience!

May 20,2020Brendan from Flat Pack London was a punctual, professional and friendly guy and blitzed through a series of jobs at my house that I either couldn't do at all, or would've taken me weeks. Work included building and installing a set of heavy duty shelves in an unusually shaped alcove from the composite layers (tested as robust enough for me to hang off and I weigh 90kg +) and installing fitted wardrobes in 2 bedrooms. Top work!

May 02,2020Brendan was recommended by a friend and has since done a number of jobs for me, including, putting up shelves and pictures, building various items of furniture and attaching my TV to the wall. Brendan has always been on time, incredibly professional and the jobs have always been of a very high standard. He will go above and beyond to make sure everything is as you want it but will also advise if there is a better way... He has never been wrong in the advice he has given to me. Brendan's prices are very fair and he was always within the time quoted, he will let you know if there is possibility of the job taking longer at the time of quoting. Would highly recommend.

Apr 24,2020I contacted Flat Pack London to arrange for a handyman to come and assemble some items I bought. One double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. I was really happy with the quality of service and price charged, the jobs were done to an excellent standard and the guy (Brendan), left the rooms clean and disposed of the packaging for us. I will definitely go to these guys again.

Apr 21,2017Flat Pack London helped me out of a very tight spot at very short notice, having been let down by both the retailer and then another assembler. First of all, I felt very comfortable with Brendon in my home - important when you live alone. The job? To assemble a bed which had just been dumped by the retailer because the store had omitted to tell me there was a charge for assembly (which I would have paid had they mentioned it) & the delivery guys didn't have time in the schedule to put it together for me. Having spent 3 poor nights on the sofa & the mattress due to be delivered the next day, I finally found Brendon who went the extra mile to fit me in. Within an hour of arrival, my new bed base was up and looking very smart, and the old mattress back in place for one final night, and he gave me a few tips about caring for it & how to adjust if needed, and tidied up after himself. Thank you, Brendon. Apparently he also does carpentry, including bespoke cupboards. Brendon's prices were very reasonable compared with others, and he provided all his own tools. I recommend Flat Pack London to anyone wanting assembling or disassembling work done, done well & done tidily.

Never had any problems, and I have been going back to him for 5 years because of how great he is. Consistent quality work and fast. Very honest which I appreciate as quite a lot of workers aren’t, just to get more work. You can’t get anyone better!
