Whatever you want help with, any questions you may have, they are instantly available to help you and talk you through the solutions in simple terms. Having used it live for a month now after searching endless companies I know we went with best one for our needs. Jun 04,2020I contacted FLG as I'd had previous experience using their system before as an employee. Now I have my own company I wanted to check it would do what I wanted it to do. I have a website with wix.com and wanted my client enquiry form to pre-populate as a lead into FLG. Reece at FLG was particularly helpful and with his guidance I've used Zapier to integrate the form required and now all enquiries appear as leads. Since then FLG have been working with Zapier to simplify the process which is excellent. FLG are very approachable and it made a difference to have a contact to manage my experience from end to end.

Nov 07,2019One look at their pricing page and you can tell that it just doesn't make sense to use (let alone PAY for...) 6 different tools to accomplish half of what FLG can do... The product is way easier to use than the messy and outdated software we had to deal with and it still has everything we'll need... What else can I ask for? Here's my favorite part -> The support is incredibly helpful. That peace of mind alone is worth 3x their price. I've seen people use FLG for 10 years, that was enough for me to be sold! What other company can say they kept their customers through good times, bad times, as they scaled, as the sales process changed and so on...? Bottom line: Hmm... I give it 5 stars :D

Aug 08,2019We have been using FLG for over 5 years now and we wouldn't be without it. As a lead management tool it's the best web based app out there (I've tried A LOT). The workflows allow a lot of automation, whilst the lead groups allow easy delivery of leads to our users. The guys have been busy bringing some BIG upgrades this year - it's getting even better.

Aug 07,2019Quality lead management platform. Has more features than I would ever use. Reasonable pricing. Support has always been excellent. My only negative is the 5 licenses minimum, which may not be super suitable for very small businesses.
