I almost never give anyone a Five. Flooret is a 5. The floor is high quality, a great value, and the people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Chatting on the website is the way to go. We couldn’t be happier. My sister and her family of four (plus dogs) have had their Flooret floors for a few years and still rave about them. Super experience!

Free shipping and by far the best vinyl samples I've seen, you can actually see the wear layer, none of that 8-12 mil. stuff that costs as much as flooret modin. These come in three sizes one of them being 9"x72" Nothing not to love here!

Michael communicated via chat for almost 3 hours with me. He was patient, kind and of good humor. Knowledgeable and insightful. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with this product and Michael helped tip me over! I also received my first crop of samples very quickly. I can only speak to company's customer service and the very good reviews/comments from Houzz's discerning members, lol.

I ordered some plank samples of the Tilden Signature…they came SO fast and I instantly fell in love. They are definitely more grey than the picture depicted, but they are gorgeous and will hopefully be ordering enough to redo the whole house.

so far i've only gotten samples but they came very quickly. Flooret had a sale of buy 1 get 1 for samples and free shipping. the product is far better than the big box store products as it comes with alum. oxide and 20 or 40 mill wear layer. soon to order. additionally it's cheaper that local big box store by $5/ box.
