Apr 14,2022I ordered the wrong presets and it was completely my issue. I emailed support to see if there was anything they could do for me. Even though I didnt expect anything. They were very quick with their response and they corrected MY issue at no cost and now I have all 7 packs of my beautiful presets! THANK YOU!

Mar 02,2022Got their complete preset bundle in a black friday sale. I was hoping for a little more effectiveness in my workstream with Lightroom (professional wildlife photography, see caplan_photography on Insta), but ended up with a completely new approach to editing my pictures. There is a lot(!) of good stuff there that gets your creativity going. Some minor redundancies, but with roughly 2000 presets, that is completely understandable and not really an issue. Can absolutely recommend it, and I was not even paid to say this!! :-)

Feb 12,2022I experienced problems downloading the presets to the iPad version of Light Room. However my emails were responded to promptly, and help was at hand every step of the way. Alexa on the help team was outstanding and extremely patient trying to understand my issues. A great product and amazing online service, I highly recommend this product and company.

Jan 28,2022I needed presets really fast for some important pictures. I purchased 3 and got 3 extra for free. I made the mistake of accidentally purchasing the mobile preset instead of the desktop preset and I reached out to the company about it late at night. They responded to me TEN MINUTES after!!! And they gave me the preset I needed for desktop without hesitation and were very kind about my mistake. The presets are beautiful and work perfectly for what I needed them for! I will be purchasing more when the wedding season comes up!

Dec 29,2021We bought several packs for our business and it was tedious trying to use them. First, you have to figure out which of their 3 file formats will work with your version of Lightroom. Many many hours later, we were able to narrow down our supported file format to DNG format, but now we have another issue: all of the images have designs on them including the company's logo that we can't remove because our paid version of Lightroom recognizes it as an uneditable image. Also, one of the packages that we purchased was 30 of the same single image. Whether we're doing something wrong or not, their images seem waay too complicated. So, for us, it's been a waste of $65 because we've given up trying to figure out Flourish Presets.

Apr 20,2022Wasn’t sure it was worth buying presets but they had a sale and I am not equipped enough to make my own so I went for it. I stupidly ordered the wrong type (mobile over desktop) so reached out the customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and the next business day i as an email from Alexa who has solved my issue that was all my fault. Beautiful presents and great service
