Dreadful, £55 for a bunch of half dead tulips. Tried to call them to cancel my subscription no answer on phone line. Emailed not heard back

Awful quality!! All the bouquets of the flowers I have received so far are dying the next day and are so ugly. The flowers come dead or broken. Avoid at any costs

Frauds, do NOT use them. Claim to have attempted delivery, which we were not in for but then said they'd attempt to redeliver and they didn't - we contacted them to chase on this and at this point the flowers are likely out of water and dead so we requested a refund on the delivery. Customer service was downright rude, argumentative and accused us of lying. Clearly lots of people in the reviews have had poor experiences.

Really disappointment with our gift of silver roses for our 25th wedding anniversary. They arrived in a beautiful gift box but the oasis was drowning in water. The instruction card said to water upon arrival but as they were already in heaps of water I didn't water them again. In only a few days they started to mold, I contacted the company who replied with a non related reply. I contacted them again, this time no reply. These roses are not cheap and they lasted a very short time. Very disappointed.

I ordered a bouquet of peony roses on July 9th in London costing £356 including a same day delivery charge. The delivery was made the following day while a factually incorrect mail was sent to me saying that an attempt was made to deliver the flowers . There is CCTV at the address which confirmed no such delivery attempt was made . When the flowers finally arrived they started to either and die within 24 hours . Wholly unacceptable. Customer service is a chat bot who told me I had no grounds for a refund or partial compensation despite me providing photo evidence of the defective product . Judging the other reviews I consider this company to be a scam and a fraud and I will be initiating legal proceedings against them . Do not use this company

The quality is shocking ! First batch of peonies didn’t open and withered away. Second batch arrived at the end of their life. Third batch I’ve sent an email saying I was going away on duty and asked to cancel or reschedule as I won’t be able to receive the flowers, I asked them well in advance. No reply from customer service, sent flowers anyway. Last batch pretty much dead. Waste of your money. Do not buy how nice their stock looks in the pictures, it’s a lie, service is nothing like that, what you see and what you get two different things. You will be disappointed.

I ordered 30 roses for my wife. I got 16. The box was opened and half of the roses had fallen out, were covered in sand, pedals were ripped and there was glue strings hanging from the roses that had fallen during shipping. When I sent pictures, told them my order was wrong, showed picture and video evidence of what I received and the condition it was in, I was met with multiple people doing nothing but making excuses and making no attempt to make it right. I have asked for a refund and to return them 6 times and keep getting replies telling me that my roses will last forever and this is the correct condition. Horrible customer service. Subpar product. Extremely over priced at almost $300. And i will be reporting their company as fraud and will be disputing the charges with my bank.

The company failed to issue any refund despite box turning up damaged, flowers water logged and some stems broken. It was not packed well enough. My brother had saved up for his girlfriend - £68 later and nothing to show. It was so upsetting. Money ploy and poor management

great communication with the supplier i have had the most wonderful experience with flower box my package was rough and they followed up with a call directly to me that was out of this world and received my item i’m happy as can be, can see many gifts for friends and family comping soon.

Terrible Service - Outshone by even Worse Customer service! Ordered some flowers to arrive on my nominated day of Friday 13th. Upon placing the order I received zero-order confirmation, The only coms I've received was the Paypal confirmation from PayPal. Upon delivery day I received no dispatched email - I messaged there live chat support and was advised that the flowers had been dispatched 2 days before and would be arriving on the day - I then asked for tracking information and was ignored. To my surprise on the Friday - Nothing arrived on the 13th On Monday the parcel did arrive - However the flowers were boxed up and the parcel looked like it had gone through 12 rounds with Anthony Joshua- Battered and broken. Add to that the flowers had been in transit for 5 days! They were spoilt and damaged. I contacted the CS team and they were really rude, and accused me of damaging the box myself, said I should be pleased that they arrived 3 days later rather than not at all and were unapologetic. Flower Box - you need to sort your customer journey out, and train your staff correctly Tatiana was the worst CS agent I've ever had the pleasure of talking too. With service like this, you'll never get return custom

I'm actually stunned and disappointed in the customer service I received today from flowerbox company. As a first time customer I was not expecting such treatment from them. First of all they didn't respond to my email when I requested for an update on my delivery. The company also has different numbers which no one answers that alone is frustrating as a customer. All I asked for was an update and instead I received unnecessary and distasteful rudeness. Clearly some of your employees lack basic customer service skills and further training is required. Customer service was terrible, definely wouldn’t recommend this company. The employee threatened to send back my order once it was dispatched for delivery simply because I requested for an update.

I’m an amateur florist who loves experimenting and sharing designs with friends. Flower Boxes are the perfect vessel for fun gifts. I like the design ideas shared on the website, too.

The staff that took my order new our order history and it was shipped the next day and 2 days later we had it, and up from the States also great service

Ordered a box of roses for my fiancé’s 30th birthday they didn’t even last 2 days. They have completely rotted. I have tried to contact them on several occasions through email and phone and not had any response. Terrible service and product.

Happy with the quality of the product, however I didn't receive an assortment. I received 4 grab and go and one cube with sticky ribbon. The one item I wanted doesn't look like you even carry anymore. In the photo of your sample pack it shows a green container with a tied ribbon and orange flowers.
