Sep 27,2022Ordered from here 4 times now, 2 of my orders have been cancelled due to the restaurant not being open yet states there open online! You get a phone call 15 minutes after ordering your food telling you it will take 5 to 10 minutes for the money to go in your bank, yet takes 3 days! Dont think ill bother ordering with them again.

Jun 05,2022Worst service ever food was ready in 10 minutes after order, but no driver to pick it up, finally someone picked it up and took nearly an hour to deliver, food was cold by them, phoned customer service and they don't want to help or know anything about the delivery and they have not much information as well, and hanged up the phone, DO NOT USE THEN, go to justeat or Uber eats, but not this delivery company

There app is really good from customer feedback and more and more customers are using it. Thank you to the foody web team, highly recommend.

Apr 09,2024Worst service on earth. My orders have an estimated time of half an hour and alway come 2 hours later. The chat is not working and i can contact nobody. Never using this app again
