Jun 08,2022Alex was helpful. This was the first time I have used this service and to be honest it was a bit cumbersome. I booked the flights, gave my Cc number and thought that I would have my ticket info sent to me. The next day I checked and my cc was not charged. In my email it stated that my tickets were on hold. So I called and they told me that they tried to call me to finish my booking as the taxes ect were not included and they go by the date that I confirm a phone call or email from them to determine what amount of taxes I needed to pay. This was weird to me as I have never dealt with purchasing tickets on this manner. Crossing my fingers all goes well when boarding. But the people I talked with were very nice.
