Easy website to navigate with reliable information! Would recommend this site to anyone who is in the market for a home.
My husband and I have been using foreclosure.com for the last eight months and have found it to have accurate and up-to-date distressed listings online. The customer service manager is very helpful (Andy). We give them FIVE Stars!
The Alerts work the best on this site.I get almost daily alerts in my areas. I guess it works off new listings or something like that. Anyways try the alerts.
Clarification is needed here on foreclosures and Rent To Own. Foreclosures can be candidates for Rent To Own listings. Remember, a foreclosure has already gone through the pre-foreclosure process and the property is ready for sale by the bank, it’s even listed on the MLS just like every other property for sale. It’s true, banks do not want to be landlords, but investors will always jump on the opportunity to buy another listing if they have an instant rental in the process. That’s where this works. Investors helping out possible Rent To Own Buyers. As for preforeclosures, same process, but the investor would be doing an approved Short Sale with the bank, then turn the listing into a Rent To Own. I hope this clarifies the process.
I found some great home listings on this website that I could not find anywhere else. They have daily alert emails that show you new homes that pop up in your area. You can find out about a property that hit the market before anyone else.
This is a terrible company with horrible customer service. DO NOT do business with them. Customer service rep was rude and hung up on me after yelling at me throughout the phone call, would not allow me to talk to anyone else. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I guess I should looked at the bad reviews before signing up.
Have screenshots claiming 7 day free trial - was charged 39.99 as soon as I clicked😡😡. Was immediately charged! Looking for land only, wanted to see if you had to be a member to see land - completely useless to me. Can not reach anyone to discuss - will update this review accordingly.
This site got my attention because it advertised foreclosure properties for 10,000.00 or less. My building caught on fire, and I needed a place to stay. I signed up for the trial period and checked and all I saw was sell property, and none for the price they said. I feel that this is false advertising. This is a company that wants you to sign up and hope you forget to cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They don't try to work with you.
I've been using Foreclosure.com for over three years now. It has helped me locate two properties that I've acquired and resold for a profit. I'm not sure how people give this business a bad review. When I'm not looking to purchase anything I cancel my subscription until I'm in the market again.
I signed up for the free trial and four hours later have a 10 dollar my credit card. I called to dispute the charge this morning and was told it is a credit card validation charge and it would be credited in 24 hours. No where that I can find does the company explain this. The Customer Service Rep told me it is in the Terms of Agreement which I had read prior to signing up, just in case I ran into an issue. I do not find it anywhere in the there. Interesting, the welcome email does not explain it either. Given the other issues with credit cards I am reading on this site, I am documenting here that I had better receive my credit today and my card never charged again or I will report to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
I signed up for this website for a trial period and provided my payment information using my credit card. By chance, I used a credit card that I do not use for daily events but rather for periodical online payments like netflix and other more secure sites that I have used long term. Later I found that, on the same day that foreclosure.com deducted a payment using my credit card, my credit card information was stolen. My credit card information was then used for a shopping spree. As soon as I discovered the charges on my bank statement, I notified my bank and had my card canceled. Thankfully, my bank worked with me to reverse the changes. However, I want to warn people that this site did not protect my payment information.
Good data on the property listings compared to the other sites. If only i could get sms alerts to my cell.
Best place to find the greatest real estate deals. There were so many to choose from in our area. Well worth it.
Has a lot of good properties and they worked with me very efficiently with an issue I had with my account. Just needs to be updated a bit more on the listings.
The data is decent and new. I checked the court house and this site, they had all the data up to date.. I rather use this site, the court house site sucks.
THEY TOOK MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD AFTER I REPORTED IT A FRAUD CHARGE. PLUS WE ASHED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK TO US. MY YAHOO ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND MY A CARD WAS USED AND SO WAS MY EMAIL WITH THERE COMPANY BUT THEY STILL REFUSED TO RETURN OUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY TAKES MONEY FROM PEOPLE AND DOESN'T RETURN IT
I joined this site for the one week trial and cancelled before the week was up. Several months later I went to the site for a few minutes; did not login - but perhaps my password was auto-stored so it logged me in. I discovered today that since that brief login I have been paying $39.48/month for a service I'm not using. The representative explained that by logging in I activated a membership. He said that I clicked on a box that said I wanted to activate. No Way. The box is probably tiny and checked by default. Then I asked if the box explained that I was signed up for $39.48/month...and he said, well no, you would have had to go into the details to see that. He said he could cancel and reverse the pending charge, but not the prior month. Then I explained that I was an attorney, and they were both reversed. Companies who operate like this, and there are a lot of them, make it bad for those who don't.
Your another web who do not know the zip codes I have had this zip code for 48 years
Easy to use. Good up to date information.

Sep 26,2019I love the email alerts. It helps us monitor all the areas we're looking to invest in. I only wish foreclosure.com would do SMS messaging of new listings.
