I am very pleased with Found and how seamless the implementation was for our 31 care homes. It really is a great CRM and I am delighted we have it at Excel Care. I have used a lot of CRM systems over the years and this certainly is the best. They have thought of everything and the team is always on hand to help us with questions however small. Abi has been fantastic and patient with us. Onboarding 31 homes with 3-4 team members in each home was not an easy task but it all went smoothly!
Found CRM is a really easy to use system, simple to navigate whilst providing everything you would need for your sales team to use. Any problems and support get back to you really quickly. Would definitely recommend this system.

Using this piece of software helps with the everyday operational overview of how the business is doing. Very easy to use when completing commercial reviews with managers of the services. Saves on travel and time searching through folders and scraps of paper when you visit each service. Having everything available with a click of button gives you insight, overview and encourages you from the off to support and push the profitability of each service. Very easy to set up, very easy to use.

Found has transformed the way we manage enquiries. The oversight we now have of our group enquiries has saves us a significant amount of time. The fact that Found automatically integrates with so many of our referral sources means that all our enquiries are logged in one, easy to use CRM. The timeline feature means everyone has to be accountable for the enquirers journey and the reporting suite gives incredible insight into referral sources, types and number of conversions. The occupancy reporting is also fantastic, allowing us to see where average fees and occupancy targets are being met. Dan and his team are great to work with. I highly recommend Found.
Brilliant care home CRM system. Had Found in place for 6 months now and it is undoubtedly saving us time and, compared with data before we implemented it, we’re now recording and converting more enquiries. It’s also very easy to use so adoption across the business has been seamless. The Found support team are very responsive to any feedback and questions.
