It is very difficult to reached customer service. I want to return this item so you can give me the pants that I selected. How can you correct this mistake?

Did mail order for first time, they were extremely responsive and great communicators. Great local business to support, if you are coming from the north or south they are right at the Tremont stop on Metro North and close to the D/B train on Tremont.
