Four Froghopping competitions closed in December 2022: "Win A London Barbican Apartment" on 10/12/2022, "Win A Home In Airdrie" on 19/12/2022, "Christmas Cash Box" competition on 23/12/2022, and "Jubilee Bonus Competition" on 31/12/2022. As of 19/01/2023, still no winner for any of these competitions announced on their "News, Reviews & Winners" page. In addition, a "DIY Tool Stash" competition was due to close 02/05/2023, but has now vanished from their open competitions page without explanation or announced winner.

I listed my property with froghopping.com and they said on the phone call i would get above and beyond my selling price. Well let me tell you this, it actually sold 253 tickets at £1, minus there fees the winner was due £202 and i was due 1%. That means i get £2.02 the company is a total joke. I looked on all there social media sites and not once was my property listed on them. So im not going to rant on too much, but all i will say is avoid this company at all costs, they big it up on the phone but dont follow through with there advertising. Fly by night company 🤣

On their website they claim a Trustpilot rating of 4.3 but it is actually 2.4. That tells you all you need to know about this company’s honesty and integrity. AVOID.

This is a total waste of time and money. Look at their twitter account (20 followers??). None of their property giveaways come anywhere near. There’s no reporting on how many entrants or their costs. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I even emailed them to ask about a competition and just got a blunt response. Give your £1 to anything but these people. It stinks Ok so since posting this the company Froghopping posted the following reply. This is in complete breach of privacy rules. I hope they remove this message in which they copy and paste a private email message. Kinda shows you that this company has no legal knowledge or competence. Please remove my private email message.

I agree with the other customers who purchased tickets. Froghopping seem to have all these fantastic prizes listed on the website, but nobody ever seems to win the top prizes. I would stay clear from this company and make purchases from more reputable companies like Omaze or tramway path who have actually given away properties.

"Reply from Froghopping 8 Dec 2021 Hello, We clearly state on our website and in our terms and conditions that if the revenue generated from a competition does not reach the minimum selling price required, then a cash prize is offered. All competition entrants and property listers participate on this understanding. It also states within the terms and conditions that promotional offers may be introduced from time to time as a means of increasing participation. One such promotional offer has included offering a reduced ticket price. Thank you." Absolutely nowhere do you make clear you have NEVER given away a SINGLE house yet - or that you keep extending deadlines because you very clearly NEVER raise enough money to actually give a house as a prize. You're a scam.

"Win Your Dream Home!" "With FrogHopping a home can be yours for just £20! No Deposit. No Mortgage." That's from the Froghopping website: it's still up there on their front page. Sounds great, right? Unfortunately, the hype doesn't match the reality. Over the course of 2021, the company listed seven properties as prizes on their website, ranging in value from £200k to over £1mil. Accompanied by snazzy video tours, it looked like a great product. Now, however, all seven property competitions have concluded. Nobody who entered a Froghopping competition has won a dream home. Instead, they won paltry cash prizes of £4406.34, £1225.83, £1007.22, £1661.06, £729.23, £303.92, and £1135.78. That may be enough to pay a few months rent; it comes nowhere close to the value of the houses they hoped to win. Given this 100% failure rate, I'd recommend people avoid Froghopping. The money people spent entering the competitions turned out to not be justified by the small value of the prizes that ended up being awarded. There are better value competitions out there- choose them over Froghopping.

Might as well shut down the company They're abysmal. They pretend to offer houses of £500k+ but when the draw happens they only award £1.2k cash prize after taking their fees off. The best thing FrogHopping can do for Christmas is buy a striking off notice at Companies House and shut the place down.

I suggest you watch the draw of their first house competition! A comedy act! And yet their videos are excellent and so professional... And I also bought a ticket at 20 pounds being reduced now to 1 pound so I am expecting 19 other tickets! Only fair! I asked them for another 19 tickets, they refused!

Totally Unfair and unprofessional . They didn’t stick with £ 20 purchase Price until the end . When they have decided to boost their sales by decreasing the price to £ 1/- they completely ignored the people who bought ticket for £20 by leaving their chances of winning by 1/ 20 instead of 20/20 which is absolutely wrong for that reason people need to think thrice when they buy ticket next time for £ 20 , They need to think about the price reducing to £ 1 and there won’t be adjustment for the big price you already paid . Totally disappointed . Now regretting the purchase already made for other competitions.

Hey I Have somehow stumbled upon this company looking for Models to enter a Selfie Competition, & it says you will get paid $200 if your a successful candidate in 4 months. So im thinking to myself ok I could apply? I checked out this company they are claiming to give houses away and people paying them $20 for an entry fee. I have a really bad vibe from this company & it seems way to good to be true. GO TO A MODELLING AGENCY IN YOUR COUNTRY AND HIGHER A MODEL FROM AN AGENT INSTEAD OF TALKING BOLLACKS

I am so glad I have decided to list my home with FH. I was reluctant to do so when I saw other website drag on for months, even years but Froghopping offer the chance to lsit your home in a competition for just three months. We have an unusual property so have had issues selling on the open market. We are working on making the parking better and then we will list. I called the office and they answered straight away! Answered all of my questions and made me feel like an old friend. I am excited to list my home and see what the future brings.

Absolutely Brilliant! FrogHopping.com could soon prove to be the game changer in the UK property market. The property vendor is rewarded with £50 just to list their property. A professional Video Presenter introduces their property and then promotes their property online at NO CHARGE. Competition entrants buy a £20 ticket for a chance to win either a property of their dreams or a pot of cash. Count me in!

This is an amazing concept. The seller who doesn’t have the hassle of dealing with estate agents, being in a chain and the slow process of selling a home- on the other side of the coin, the incredible opportunity of winning a house ! What’s not to love?

This is a brand new company, with a fantastic vision- to allow everyone the chance to win a property by entering in to the running as a competition entrant. This is massive for people trying to sell their properties, as they can do it independently of estate agents, and can set their own asking price. If it doesn't reach this, then they still get £50 (win-win situation) and the competition winner gets the total cash raised. Amazing for people who want a quick sell without property chains. Everyone who I've spoken to at froghopping have been really informative and great. Have already started recommending this to friends and family!

I've seen my partner go through the process of becoming a regional presenter which was great! And I as someone who has a background in real estate find this method of 'competition properties' to be a rather interesting and promising endeavour, the seller gets the asking price if met and someone wins a house or the amount reached if it didn't meet the asking price, everyone wins!

Don't trust this company they are not honest. I entered a competition to be a presenter for them and got to the shortlist of 15. Imagine my surprise when the person who won wasn't ever featured on the shortlist so they had someone set up all along. Don't trust them!
