Mar 24,2023Honest review is the service is not as advertised. I am a new business where building a solid reputation based on customer service is key. I have been using the Fulfillman service for the past couple of months. Main issues: 1. The processing time just to fulfill an order is way longer than expected which doesn't support their claims of fast shipments. 2. They only work on Chinese time, and don't work weekends which makes the response to questions or issues timely. (I'm UK based) 3. The general support is pretty poor. I felt I constantly had to chase for updates on orders/issues without any proactive support from their team. 4. I had a product which contained one main part and some smaller parts. They only shipped the main part to lots of my customers which led to customer complaints and long delays for customers to get the full product. The general handling of this issue was extremely poor. 5. I requested to order bulk stock for Fulfillman to store. This request was ignored. 6. I have bundles on my store and when ordered Fulfillman charged shipping for each individual item even though they were shipping together in the same parcel. In general not a good experience using this service.
