I had an issue with rats, Will came over on time, assessed the situation and got to work immediately. I needed 3 visits, but now I’m rat free. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

Apr 22,2022I would highly recommend this company. I called Michael late in the evening on Sunday after hearing noises from my loft and from the first call he was very friendly and informative. The service was first class - Michael arrived the next day and it turned out to be a mouse problem. Found the entry point which was the garage after dilligently searching around the house. Returned for the second visit and found mouse's in the garage and blocked the entry point. Have not heard any noise in the loft since. Michael provided us with advice on what to do - was very professional through out.

Feb 16,2022Absolutely over the moon with the level of service received from Michael. Sadly we realised we had a rat problem in our house we had tried to source help Locally but to no avail. Was shocked to come home to a hole in the kitchen ceiling! My son phoned Michael and he was so supportive we both felt like he really cared. He dropped everything and came out the next day. Ended up being with us over 2 hours was so thorough and explained every step Of the way what he was doing and the potential cause of our problem. He inspected all parts of the house and baited the best areas. Two weeks later he came back and refilled the bait stations, at this point we could hear the rat but it seemed to be slowing down. Today he came back for the third visit, we were pretty sure the rat was deceased as no noise and a distinctive smell coming from the loft, as always Michael was professional and very helpful. He located the deceased rat and removed. Sealed up the entrance burrow with concrete and left me feeling much happier. The service and support we received was 2nd to none, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL AGAIN for any pest control solutions.

Jan 14,2022I asked Michael @ Fullguard to help with a wasps nest in my loft as the previous company left me with little confidence or advice going forward. Michael was very knowledgeable during my initial telephone enquiry and very clear about the course of treatment he would provide. I therefore asked Michael to treat the issue and would most certainly recommend his services to others.
